Ideally located near the center of Xonrupt-Longemer and 5 minutes from Gerardmer, the chalet "Léonie" will welcome you for your stays with family or friends (8 people maximum children included) in the Hautes Vosges and at the gates of Alsace .
This recent chalet enjoying a beautiful southern exposure is composed of a basement of 42 sqm allowing you to park your vehicle, your motorcycles or bicycles safely and a laundry room with space to store your skis .
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen on living room with wood stove, flat screen TV and access to outdoor terraces, a toilet, a walk-in shower room and a bedroom with bed 160x200.
The 1st floor offers a mezzanine with sleeping, 2 bedrooms (one with two beds 90x200) and 1 bathroom with toilet.
The chalet "Léonie" is located near the lake Xonrupt-Longemer and many starting points for hiking or cycling.
Ski enthusiasts can go to the ski area of ​​La Bresse in 15 minutes and Gérardmer in 10 minutes.

Une belle découverte de Xonrupt-Longemer sous la neige
Très beau logement, décoré avec goût et très confortable avec son chauffage au sol et sa cheminée à bois. Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux avec un petit plus bien appréciable...Une bouteille de vin locale nous a été offerte par l'hôte.L'emplacement est idéal, nous pouvions aller à pieds à la boucherie-traiteur, pharmacie, boulangerie et aussi au bar à bières-brocante.Nous avons passé un nouvel an sous la neige et avons découvert de beaux paysages. La petite station de skis "Le Poli" et ses pistes de skis de fond étaient ouvertes.Je conseille vivement ce gîte.

Chalet très confortable, très propre, super bien équipé et idéalement placé pour les randonnées pédestres ou à vélo. Il se situe dans une rue calme, avec peu de passage, non loin des commerces qui sont accessibles à pied. Je recommande ce logement!

Unglaublich freundliche Vermieterin.Wir wurden am Anreisetag persönlich empfangen und haben eine Rundführung im Haus erhalten wo uns die Funktionen der vorhanden Geräte erklärt wurden. Bei der Ausstattung des Hauses würde nahezu an alles gedacht. Die Küche beinhaltet alles für den täglichen Gebrauch. Man könnte selbst Raclette und Fondue essen oder Kuchen backen.Für Ausflüge sind sogar Boxen vorhanden. Im Bad befindet sich Seife Föhn Duschvorleger Wäscheabwurf und sogar Handtücher für die Hände wer will kann gegen einen Aufpreis Duschhandtücher bekommen. Die Schlafräume sind genau so wie der Rest sehr sauber und mit bequemen Matratzen ausgestattet. Im ganzen Haus ist auch an kleinere Kinder gedacht es gibt Kindergeschirr Treppengitter und ein paar Spiele(logischerweise Französische Spiele 😉) Waschmaschine Trockner sowie Spülmaschine sind vorhanden und sehr sauber. Für einen Grillabend auf den zwei Terrassen ist alles vorhanden. Ich könnte noch viel mehr positives erwähnen da wirklich an alles gedacht ist um einen Aufenthalt perfekt zu gestalten. Superbe chalet, idéalement situé, très propre et très bien equipé. Toutes les conditions étaient réunis pour passer un excellent séjour. Un grand merci à Malvina pour sa gentillesse , sa disponibilité et sa flexibilité. Nous conseillons vivement ce chalet à toutes les personnes aimant la nature, les grands espaces, les Vosges et qui veulent passer un magnifique séjour. Les parkings situés devant le chalet peuvent accueillir facilement 3 voitures et y'a une quatrième place dans le garage !!! En résumé notre séjour etait TOP TOP TOP du début à la fin, de la reception à la remise des clés. N'hésitez surtout pas c'est une pépite !!! Benoit et Sandrine

Très beau chalet bien équipé
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Le chalet est très bien équipé (appareil à raclette, fondue, plaids, poêle avec bois à dispo...) Il n'y a pas de vis à vis, c'est très tranquille. Bien situé, à proximité de Gérardmer, La Bresse... Les chiens sont acceptés, quel plaisir ! Nous vous recommandons ce chalet typique tout en bois et trop mignon !

Un excellent accueil. La propriétaire nous a fait la visite c'était très sympathique. Elle nous a offert un cadeau d'accueil et c'est super gentil. Elle a toujours été là pour nous. Le chalet est exactement comme sur les photos, avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Le logement est très propre jusqu'au garage buanderie ! c'est très appréciable. Les matelas sont de très bonnes qualité, il y a assez de rangement dans chaque chambre. L'exposition est top Sud avec deux belles terrasses en bois. L'entrée du chalet est au rez de chaussée ce qui permet de laisser les chaussures et affaires extérieurs en bas. L'escalier pour monter au 1er étage est un peu raide mais il y a les escaliers à l'extérieurs donc c'est top ! Il est bien situé : à pieds nous sommes proches d'une boulangerie, d'un libraire, d'une pharmacie, de La Poste et d'un traiteur excellent, petites balades à pieds, en voiture 10mn de Gérardmer, 5mn du lac Longemer. Je conseille vraiment ce beau chalet. De plus la voie n'est plus à double sens mais en sens unique avec piste cyclable c'était une bonne surprise car moins de voitures.

Chalet au top d un charme et d une propreté qui ne vous laissera pas indifférents ! Vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin, produits d entretient, machine à café, micro onde, machine à laver, sèche linge, feu à bois avec réserve à disposition, WiFi, tv, plaids, jeux de société, bbq, transat enfin bref le pied ! La propriétaire est charmante et très accueillante, au petit soin pour ses hôtes ce qui fait plaisir après quelques heures de route pour notre pars. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doutes l an prochain ! Très beau chalet, bien situé
De toutes les locations que nous avons fait, ce chalet sort du lot : très spacieux, bien équipé (canapés dignes d’une habitation et literies confortables), décoration très soignée, 2 terrasses extérieures pour profiter du soleil tout au long de la journée (terrasses en bois), lave linge et sèche linge au sous-sol, barbecue .... et la propreté est impeccable. Tout est parfaitement propre, intérieur, extérieur... même le sous-sol ! La localisation est parfaite, proche du lac de Xonrupt, du saut des cuves, et proche également des commerces de proximité ( boulangeries-pâtisseries, boucherie-traiteur, pharmacie, presse...) Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines et conservons cette adresse pour nos prochains séjours dans les Vosges . De plus la propriétaire est très sympathique et met à l’aise dès l’arrivée. Bref, très bonne adresse !
