This gorgeous eight bedroom and three and a half bathroom home is designed to perfection. We welcome you, your family & friends!

Newly remodeled as of summer of 2019! This 3764 square foot home features an open concept great room and chef's kitchen with double sinks, 6 burner gas range, 9' island. Enormous 14 foot farm house dining room table with seating for 16. Second den/kids area (aka the tee-pee room). Designated laundry room with double set of washer and dryer to accommodate large groups. Wireless internet and Amazon fire TV's. Central Air. Beautiful and large back yard with impressive outdoor dining area with grill.

Located in the cozy Mettatuxet neighborhood you will find this home sits on a half acre abutting Chaffee Conservation Land. Drop into nearby Narrow River (connecting to Narragansett Beach) for paddle boarding, kayaking, boating. You are welcome to bring your own water sport gear or you can rent gear from a local rental company. In this neighborhood you will also find a playground with a basketball court.

Entire Place

**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.

Wonderful multigenerational family vacation
We had a wonderful week in this lovely vacation home! It was a family vacation which included my husband and I, our three children and two son-in-laws and four grandchildren (5 and under). The house easily accommodated all of us. We arrived to find a very thoughtful (and practical) welcome gift. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals, with ample dishes and utensils for a large group. The dining room had a table that easily accommodated us all, complete with a high chair. The second refrigerator and two washers and dryers were also great perks. The large private yard was perfect for games and family fun. There were several dining table outside as well, which we utilized for outside dining. The children loved showering outside and we all appreciated that convenience. The outside gas grill was also a plus. As the passes to the local town beach were no longer available this season, we obtained two RI state beach passes prior to our stay (senior pass was only $30!) and drove to Scarborough Beach every day (about 7 miles away) which was a gorgeous beach. All in all, this house was a wonderful spot for our family vacation.

Annual family beachhouse
We had family ages 4 to 79.5, 18 people one night and had plenty of socializing space and sleeping space. The property was amazing. Fenced in back yard and the landscaping superb. Everything was there for cooking. The firestick and all the tvs were a plus.. There is a cabana for the beach, beach, chairs, toys for the tots. We were never so comfortable in beach houses in the past as this. There was a 5 minute drive to the town beach, but we knew that when we rented it. 10 beach passes were included, which was a great plus. And there was an Extra special surprise when we checked in. It was a perfect week. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with my family.

Family beach house
This was a family beach week for my four adult children and their families! We had 9 adults and 4 children under 4! House was beautiful and spacious and property managers were very attentive. We brought a kiddie pool for the kids in the afternoon and spent mornings at the beach!

Perfect for families
As far as vacation rentals go, this one was perfect for my extended family. The house had great spaces to gather (indoor and outdoor) while also having plenty of space to retreat to for some individual rest and relaxation. The location was excellent and the neighborhood pleasant. The house was great for all ages (kids through grandparents). Management was highly communicative and took care of every request timely.

Not quite as expected
My family has vacationed in Rhode Island for nearly 30 years, staying in various locations. This year we decided to go back to Narragansett. The location of the house was convenient as it seemed really centrally located (20 mins to jamestown beaches and 30 mins to Middletown/Newport beaches). But the house itself didn’t meet our expectations. It met our needs, but there was nothing special about it which is something our family loves when we go to Rhode Island. It’s a home away from home. But this house just didn’t do that for us. Upon arrival we walked into the entry that was packed with large black bags with bath towels and linens. We had to make our own beds and set up all the bathrooms. This is something we’ve never had to do in the past. The linens were scratchy and towels were lacking. There were no dish towels or beach towels and the bath towels were minimal. Thankfully when we text the property management company, they had more bath towels sent over and included beach towels, as well. While setting up our rooms, we also did not think the cleanliness was acceptable. It is a large home but it is very minimal so we certainly believed there should have been more attention to detail. One bedroom had numerous toe nail clippings on the ground, bathrooms with hair around the toilet, shower drains slow due to hair build up, the laundry room fridge not cleaned, and crumbs in the couches. Lastly, the oven didn’t work well. At the end of it all, the house was fine and for the large group we had, the price was just right. Best part of the house was definitely the outdoor space. So if you’re looking for a large gathering place that is conveniently located, this place is for you. But don’t expect special touches or to feel quite at home…

Great vacation house
My family and I had an amazing vacation! This property had everything you would need!! The house was spotless, beds were very comfortable, and the communication with the owners was perfect. They included daily beach passes which was nice, only thing that would of been even better was parking passes, those were not included so someone always had to drop off. There was more than enough room for our family! Thank you 😃

You’ll Feel Like Family
This house was perfect for our three generation family vacation. Everyone found a room that met their needs and made them feel comfortable. A crib for a 6 month old, tent room for the toddler cousins and a wing of rooms for others to escape the noise. Every kitchen item is available. The outdoor and indoor dining spaces are great for a crowd. And the beach passes and the beach tents, chairs and toys were so great!

Amazing House
This property was perfect for our Family vacation with our Cousins and their kids. The whole house is stunning and provided everything we needed. The tee pee room was a huge hit with the kids and a great addition to the house. The house was immaculate; all of the bedrooms were a great size, beds were comfortable, and there were TVs in every room. The kitchen was our gathering place and had plenty of counter space for us to cook and serve food on. We loved the large backyard it was great for all of us and it is very private. Overall, the house was perfect for our Family; we had the best time and cannot wait to return next year. This house is amazing!

Vacation 2.0 in Narragansett
This was our first family vacation in 2 years due to Covid-19. The house and yard was perfect for our group that included 5 children under the age of 6. The location was great. Less than a 10 minute drive to the Narragansett Town Beach( the beach passes were terrific!) The house was well equipped( no nutcrackers for lobster, however) and very clean. The double washers and dryers were a godsend. We loved the house and would definitely stay there again!

My family (13 of us) stayed in the house for a week. It is a beautiful house and had more than enough room for all of us. We loved that everything we needed was provided in the house and that there were more than enough cabinets for storage. The only complaint we had was that the seating in the family room, off the kitchen area, was not comfortable and there was not enough seating for my family to all sit there at one time. Everything else was perfect and the house was very clean and well kept up.

Home away from home!
Everything in and outside the house was clean and beautiful. Beds so comfy. Plenty of room for large families. Had everything we needed! Only drawback was that we all had to get in car to go to the beach. Although it was only a ten mi Ute drive, it was hard with little ones.

Very nice place..modern with open floor concept that can work for a large extended family vacation or a few family friends together. Property was in mint condition. Has a very good backyard with patio furniture. Ideal for families with younger kids with bunk beds and teepee. Our group had teens but were able to adjust. Another sitting area for the kids or a finished basement would have been perfect. The beach passes and gear came in handy when we went to the beach. Will definitely plan to stay again.

Very glad we rented this house. The yard was big enough for lots of games. The house had lots of space to fill with family. We thought the living room could use more sitting furniture. Great utilities and the beach passes were very convenient.

The house was perfect for our group of extended family (15 people staying there and another 5 staying nearby that left only to sleep). The appliances are top-notch and everything worked beautifully. Nice big backyard for the kids to run around in.

So many fabulous small touches + great for families
We LOVE this home and can't wait to rent it again. The layout works great for multiple families. Despite us being a loud crew the layout is such that a group of kids can be playing in the teepee room and the adults in the family room can't hear a thing! The outdoor space is great but we love the double outdoor showers even more. We took the included beach chairs, canopy and towels to the beach each day and then would shower and rinse everything off outside before starting our evening fun. Other beachgoers kept complimenting us on the adorable watermelon beach chairs. The kitchen has everything you might need from multiple types and sizes of serving trays and bowls to oyster shucking materials and even kids' bowls, silverware and cups. We loved sitting at the big dining table inside or the outdoor tables for dinner each evening. The beach is a few minutes away and has super clean water. The water is perfect for smaller kids who want to stay close to the edge or bigger kids who want to boogie board. We love that the rental includes beach passes. Our kids really enjoyed the bunk bed room and teepee room and can't wait to stay again. We can't wait either! Thanks for a great stay and see you next summer!

Wonderful rental especially for families!
First time renting in Narragansett RI and couldn’t have been happier. House is laid out well so that at least two to families can comfortably be together and yet have enough privacy when needed. House is fully stocked with pretty much everything you could want from beach accessories to household items. Appliances are new. Neighborhood is quiet. Location is a walk away from NBX bike rental and Briggly’s ice cream. Beach is a short drive. Beach passes do not include parking if you are from out of state. There is a $10 lit near the beach and two hour street parking is also a possibility. Owners/property management were very welcoming and responsive .

Beautiful home!
This home was clean and beautifully decorated. Owner was thoughtful with beach towels to go, backyard games, tv selections, dishes, two sets of w/d, etc. Fantastic outdoor showers and backyard space. We were two families with 4 kids and a baby...the floor plan was perfect, with plenty of space for all. And loved the huge dining table for family meals! Great vacation home.
