Ric and Denise have lived in Tampa Bay Florida for over 40 years and decided to open up their beautiful pool home to guests to escape the brutal winters up north for the fall and winter months. They have been married 40 years and have 8 beautiful grandchildren. They love to travel and travel back and forth from Florida to Tennessee. They hope you enjoy all that Tampa Bay has to offer.

This is a beautifully decorated home with all the amenities you will ever need. Heated pool for enjoyment in all seasons. This property is perfect for outdoor relaxing and family fun, cookouts and hours of fun in the pool. Grocery stores, restaurants and plenty of shopping very close to the property. A short drive to beaches, Busch Gardens, Weeki Wachee Amusement parks, and 90 min to Orlando Theme Parks. Close to Citrus Town Mall, Countryside Mall, Wire Grass Mall and outlet stores. This home also had lots of windows and three huge sliding glass doors to let that Florida Sunshine in. The Owner also provides two bicycles and kayaks that the guests may use during their stay.
