The Space:
Location, Location, Location!!! Beautifully remodeled home on naturally landscaped lot located on the Deschutes River. Bring your kayaks/canoes and enjoy some river time with your pups! River Run Getaway is located almost directly across the street from the boat ramp as well, for boat drop in. Ride your bikes into Sunriver Village in about 30 minutes. This lovely home is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a great kitchen and dining space for all, you will find yourselves with only a 25-30 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor for all the snow activities. This home has 4 kayaks for guest use.

River Run Getaway is set amidst the trees, just South of Sunriver Village, in a quiet neighborhood. This beautiful home was just remodeled and has 100% all new furnishings and accessories. The home feels like you are in your own private park with the river as your back drop. River Run Getaway also boasts a fenced front yard for your furry loved ones and little ones to play in. The back deck and yard are the perfect area to sit and enjoy each other and have your own little picnic or BBQ.

River Run Getaway is also a fantastic winter getaway with its proximity to Mt.Bachelor (25 min) and The Village at Sunriver with so many great restaurants and don't forget about Sage Springs Spa!

Inside the home there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a great open layout for everyone to enjoy the home together. The kitchen and the dining space are located right next to the back deck for great access! The deck is a wonderful spot to catch the local wildlife or enjoy soaking up the sunshine. There is plenty of space for everyone in this home and so much fun to be had! A beautiful bay window made into a reading nook is right off the kitchen. Relax and enjoy each others company after a long day on the slopes, at the lake, on the river or walking around the village. We have created many seating areas so the home is comfortable and cozy!

The bedrooms are all of great size with the master of course being the larger of them all, as well having direct access to the back deck area. The other two bedrooms are located in the same hallway and share a separate bathroom.

Guests also have access to the two car garage, whether to park a vehicle in to keep them out of the weather or to keep all of your outdoor gear in, it's there for you to use. Solar Park is just down the street with a Basketball court and swimming in the Deschutes. There is a small dock on our property, you are welcome to use it- please do your own due diligence before bringing your boat through the canal to the dock. We suggest kayaks, canoes or paddleboards to be tied to the dock.

Getting Around:
You will need a car to access this property. Uber and Lyft services may not be available in this area. Sunriver gets a lot of snow in the winter. Prepare accordingly. Riding bikes around the Sunriver area is a popular activity and you can certainly bike into Sunriver from River Run Getaway.

Other Things to Note:
sharc passes are not included.

We are happy to allow the 9th guest, but please note the only sleeping space is on the couch.
