Waterfront Memories - A wonderful Convenient Location - This beautiful waterfront home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, living room with beautiful wide open views of the lake from the sliding glass doors, eat-in kitchen, den with pool table and 2 laundry areas. This home sleeps 8 comfortably. There is also access to a full size futon and baby bed. Outside has a pull through driveway, covered front porch, double tier deck and large dock with electric. Located on a very quiet dead end street so if you love to take walks or ride bikes this is a great place for your family. 6 Tvs! This beautiful home is located about 3 minutes by water to Waller's and about 5 minutes to Mango's. Located in a cove with very little boat traffic so a great place to float around and swim. Amazing view

We had the most amazing week at your home. We saw a family of otters on the dock next door, lots of deer and even a couple of minks. Caught some nice fish. Will definitely be coming back.

This is a great property with very convenient access to grocery stores, restaurants, marinas, etc. The owners communicated proactively throughout. We had no concerns or issues. Highly recommend this property.

Peaceful Lake House

Peaceful and beautiful location on the lake. Ryan was very quick with communicating. The house was perfect for our group. There are fewer steps to the lake than some of the other lake houses we have stayed in, not bad at all. We would definitely stay again.

Great lakeside home

The house was perfect for 3 couples. The owner was wonderful to communicate with and was flexible with adding a pet at the last minute. House was well equipped and supplied everything we needed to make our stay pleasant.

Great Stay!

My family/friends had a great time at this property! We played pool on the pool table in the basement and had a great time spending time together! The property was very clean and comfortable! Ryan was quick to respond to messages I sent which was greatly appreciated! We didn’t catch any fish in the lake but we captured great photos of the deer that frequented the front yard and the neighbors yards!! We would definitely consider returning to this property! Thanks Ryan!

First time at SML

Pros: Loved the lake and surroundings. Neighborhood was great, full of deer! House is nice with almost everything you need. Enjoyed the pool table. Nice dock. Cons: 52 stairs to dock (beware if bad knees). Upstairs deck is splintering. Upstairs master bed is extremely squeaky.

Two week visit to Moneta

My husband and I spent time in January visiting our friends in Moneta & stayed at Ryan’s home. The home was immaculate/cozy/easy to check in/out and her response time was ASAP through every step. I’m a former VRBO owner and commend Ryan on her listing- Well Done! Penny

Awesome little house

The house was very clean and well maintained. It is a lot bigger inside than we expected. Linens were clean and fresh smelling. The dock is great with plenty of room and the cove is very quiet, great for just floating around. Ryan is great, very responsive and answers any and all questions in a timely manner. My son left his necklace and owners called immediately and said they would mail it next day.

GUYS IN BOATS FISHING ALL DAY

This trip was about fishing. All we did was eat sleep fish. The house was great. Room in the drive for two bass boats and trailers. There is outside power for charging batteries twenty feet away. We did not use the dock. It is 17 minutes to State Park Dock, but only five minutes to smaller Hales Ford Dock. Everything is provided...linens, towels, paper....all the things really tired fishermen don't want to deal with after a day on the lake. So, just show up and fish. I never slept better and contrary to the owner's questionable assessment of his pillows, they were just fine. Everything worked. We had a stressless four days and will return.

It was a wonderful place to stay. The owners were great! We would rent it again. There were only a few things to improve. The dishwasher didn’t get the dishes clean so we washed by hand, but that was ok. The downstairs washer has be run on drain and spin after it washed the clothes because the clothes were still really wet. There was nothing to clean with, so we bought a broom to sweep the place before we left. We’d rate it 4 and a half stars, because it was a great place to stay, and we’d rent it again.

Very small and dated. Not well kept.

I had been expecting so much more based on the earlier reviews and was incredibly disappointed. Contrary what others said, the house was verry small. I highly suggest examining the photos closely. Plus the property was not in good shape - one of the toilets was broken, old food was in the refrigerator, the lower floor smelled moldy and the property was very dated (especially the bathrooms). Also large portion of the dock is taken up by the owner’s 2 jet skis and owner's boat dock. Further communicating with the owner was very unpleasant. As an example, when we arrived, we noticed that one of the toilets was broken. Instead of fixing the toilet in advance, the owner had us coordinate with a plumber (the last thing you want to deal with on your vacation) to fix the toilet. Plus the plumber did not show when the owner said he would, and instead, just walked into the house without any notice. No mask. No care about covid. Not a good vacation experience. Overall, the lake was beautiful, but I would chose a different place to stay next time.

What makes this property unique

Convenient location, minutes from the grocery store, Waller’s Marina, and The Bridge. A few minutes further down the road you will find a movie theater, Kroger and other little local shops. Located on a dead end street, great for walking and riding bikes. Wonderful place to swim, located in a cove with very little boat traffic and just 3 minutes by water to Waller's and 5 minutes by water to Mango's.
