The cottage Alouettes with pool in a quiet area of 160h in Périgord
Cottage for 6 people 120m2 with private terrace with a magnificent view of the Valley Isle.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 160 cm, 2 bedside tables and cupboard (duvets and pillows)
1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm, 2 bedside tables (duvets and pillows)
1 shower room: shower cabin, vanity unit and washbasin
1 bathroom: bath, shower wall, toilet, vanity unit and washbasin
On the ground floor:
1 living room: 1 sofa 3 places, coffee table, flat screen, wifi
1 dining room with fitted kitchen: table, 6 chairs, oven, hob 4 burners induction, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, multiple storage and cookware complete.

Sheets and towels for hire (sheets price: € 6 per set and towels € 5 per set).
Private terrace with table, 6 chairs, parasol, barbecue, 2 sunbaths.
Pool 16mx8m with wooden terrace and sunbathing to share with the other 5 homes. Swimming pool open from 9h to 21h unheated.
WEEKEND TARIFF (except July and August): 200 €
On the marked hiking trail, farm (Limousin cows and ducks), Geocaching course. Gourmet shop: duck, pork and wine canning;

In the town of Grignols the tourist tax is 0. 88 € per person per night, free for children under 18 years. When you enter the premises, this tax must be paid before your departure. The animals will be admitted in the renting only after agreement of the owner The household will have to be made at your departure, possibility of asking this option at the price of 65 €. Location: the estate is in the heart of the Perigord and allows to shine on the various sites of visits: Bergerac 30kms, Périgueux 20 kms, Brantôme 40kms, the Bugue 44 kms, Eyzies 52kms, Sarlat 70kms, Bordeaux 108kms direct access by motorway
