In addition to hand scraped hickory flooring, the living room has a custom Habersham cabinet, a flat panel Smart TV, dvd player, and Bluetooth soundbar system, you have the entertainment bases covered.

The Atrium 203 kitchen features a double Kitchen Aid wall/microwave oven, Kitchen Aid dishwasher, refrigerator, Kitchen Aid cook top, Kitchen Aid compactor, Ash wood built-in custom cabinetry and a wine captain. Everything is provided for you, from a blender to roasting pans to coffee filters.
