Contemporary open concept 2BR/2BA rambler in the heart of downtown Renton, home of the Seattle Seahawks. 97 Walk Score with dozens of awesome shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and even a classic 8-bit arcade, all within a few short walking blocks. There are 4 parks in the area and the Cedar River Trail offers a great place for a bit of exercise or boat rentals. This home features a spacious open floor plan, porches, and a large back yard. Quick driving access to I-405 and I-5 freeways. Sleeps 6.

This contemporary updated home is the host's guesthouse and kept exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is ample room for 4 in the two bedrooms, and an additional 2 can each have a sofa sleeper. Fully furnished kitchen, with all the basic supplies you’ll need for a nice meal. Don't feel like cooking? Take a stroll in the lively neighborhood, there are dozens of local favorite restaurants and bars all within a 3-4 block radius of the house. Just 10-20 minutes from SeaTac airport, Bellevue and Seattle and 45 minutes from Snoqualmie Pass.

LIVING AREAS

In this open and spacious living room, watch shows on the Roku TV flat screen from the modern furniture including two sofas. The sofas open to reveal one full and twin size beds for additional guests.

KITCHEN & DINING

Clean contemporary design kitchen, complete with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances - including an electric range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It is well appointed with all the tools and basic supplies you will need to cook a great meal. For your enjoyment a Nespresso single serve brewing system and complimentary capsules are provided.

The dining area has seating for four while the center island can seat an additional two.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home includes two bedrooms that comfortably sleeps 4 guests with additional sleeping in the living area and two bathrooms.

The main bedroom features a queen bed, closet, en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, writing desk with rolling chair and Roku TV.

The second bathroom has a shower. The second bedroom holds a queen bed and closet.

OUTDOOR AREA

The back porch has seating for two and features a propane gas grill.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Off street parking is available in the driveway and street parking is on a first come, first serve basis.

Hair dryer, iron/ironing board, washer/dryer are provided with laundry detergent/dryer sheets available.

Roku TV, local TV and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. Guests can use the Roku TV to log into their personal Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, Amazon, or other accounts.

Bluetooth Speaker provided for guests’ enjoyment

Upon arrival, easily access your home with a keyless secure door code, no need for an in person key exchange. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy. Shampoo, soaps, paper products, linens are provided.

A light weekly cleaning can be provided at no extra cost for stays longer than 14 nights. On the day of cleaning, we kindly ask that you leave the home 11am to 2pm so that we can tidy up and care for the house plants.

Awesome Stay in Renton!
Great little house conveniently located within walking distance of coffee shops and restaurants in downtown Renton. The host made sure that we were comfortable and was quick to answer any questions that we had. The house was clean, the beds were cozy and the kitchen was well-appointed. Extra points for luggage racks and fans! Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect Location
Perfect size home for 2 people and only 4 minutes to the main part of town. Restaurants, incl. a coffee shop, were so convenient. Very comfortable home. Would definitely stay there again.

It is a great location. Easy walking distance to wonderful restaurants. Two bikes with a near by trail. It was clean and the owners had thought of everything you could need. Very friendly and helpful!

Perfect For Our Stay!
This home was perfect for our stay in Renton. The host was fantastic—the house was absolutely spotlessly clean and the amenities well appointed for our needs. Loved the neighborhood—-walk to Whistle Stop for great breakfast/lunch less than a block away and THE best local coffee at Boon Boona within a 2-3 block walk. Everything else you might need is nearby. Highly recommend!

Cute and comfy property conveniently located with easy access to plentiful shopping and dining options. The house is nicely decorated with plenty of amenities (new kitchen appliances, W/D, hair dryer, portable heater, charging cords and smart TVs). Bed was comfortable and towels were plentiful! We were in town for a soccer tournament and loved having this great home to relax in after a long day. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Easy off street parking and cute backyard we’re an added bonus! Finally the house and everything in it were spotless! Wish my house was as clean!

Perfect Place
This is actually our second Christmas renting here. The house is really nice and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It is situated in a perfect spot in downtown Renton - close to restaurants and shopping. The owners are great and go out of their way to welcome you and make sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend!

Cleanest, cutest house!
I mean, you know it’s clean when your husband is the first one to comment on the cleanliness! To the nines! This cute 2 bed, 2 bath house was easy to get to and had everything you need inside and out. We enjoyed cooking dinner in, the snack cabinet, the big backyard and seating area plus being walking distance to local restaurants and bars. We loved the cheese curds at Whistle Stop Ale House right around the corner, which was recommended by the owners. Also, you gotta try the wings at Burnett’s, and I’m not even a wing fan. This is also walking distance! The owners were extremely responsive and provided great communication leading up to our stay, during and after. We even spent some time getting to know them, awesome peeps! Mt. Rainier National Park was about an 1.5 hour away. We went to the Nisqually entrance and hiked around the Longmire area, totally worth the drive and the exercise! You’re only about 10-15 minutes from the Seattle-Tacoma Airport too which made our departure a breeze. 100% recommend if you’re looking for the perfect place to stay to explore Renton, Seattle or Tacoma areas. Great place to stay in Renton
We rented this property for my in-laws to stay while visiting. We have cats and my MIL cannot be in our home, so they usually stay in a hotel. Unfortunately, in a hotel, there isn't much space for the kids to spend time with grandma and grandpa. This space worked out perfectly, there was space to hang out and chat, play games and overall relax. It was also a great location for them to go out on daily walks. I heard multiple times how much they loved the space and how it was so much better than staying in a hotel. Property owners were great to work with and super helpful. The property was amazingly well appointed, my in-laws were very impressed by everything that was there, making them feel right at home. We'll definitely look at booking for future visits.

The hosts of this property are fantastic. We enjoyed meeting them personally and they were genuinely just cool people. All advertised items are as described. Downtown Renton has great places to go withing walking distance from this home. We were glad we chose Renton as we hadn't been there before. It is in the heart of anywhere you want to go. I would highly recommend staying at this awesome home with awesome hosts.

Such a wonderful home and amazing experience!
The home is lovely! All the amenities you need and then some. My only regret is not booking the home for a longer stay. It truly was the best VRBO renting experience we’ve ever had. The house is modern and very clean. You get your own parking spot and it had a nice back yard with a grill and patio furniture. It is very close to restaurants and pubs, which we walked to. We will be back!!

An amazing house with tons of amenities!!!
Lyky was very helpful and was easy to reach by phone and text when we had questions. The house was in a cute neighborhood walking distance to many fun places including a car show street fair during the weekend we stayed.
