This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has incredible ocean views and excellent walkability to everything needed for a perfect family vacation. In just a short walk (two blocks) you have access to several beach access points including Main Beach, restaurants, playgrounds, putt-putt golf, sand volleyball courts, Fort Clinch State Park, and much more.

Upon entering the unit guests are greeted by an open floor plan that displays a cohesive coastal theme throughout. The kitchen, dining, and main living area highlight the natural light and scenic view. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials including a toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, pots/pans, utensils, and more. The main living area offers a desk (ideal to work remotely), ample seating with an oversized sofa and a large smart TV with online streaming options.

The master bedroom has a King bed, ocean views, flat flat-screen TV, an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a shower, and a walk-in closet. The first guest room is equipped with a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and closet. The third room has Twin beds and a closet. The second bathroom is located just across the hall with a shower/tub combo.

Guests can enjoy the sunset on the balcony or take advantage of the newly renovated pool and Jacuzzi area onsite.

Downtown Fernandina Beach is also just a few minutes away with all of its exciting culinary, cultural, and shopping experiences.

Fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and one sponge.)

We enjoyed our stay in the spacious condo. It was great to walk to the beach and park. The area was quiet and beautiful. Our only problem was figuring out how to enter the unit (entrance was on the 2nd floor) and where to park.

Awesome place at a great price.

Everything you didn't think to get or forgot is already there. From Beach Toys to cooler and beach umbrellas Beds are super comfortable. Condo was sparkling clean. Construction was going on so it was a little loud at times. But we did several outings ago we were really not there all the time! I never made it to the pool but the adult and tween kids enjoyed it the few times they were there. We will likely be back next year.

First Mother’s Day getaway with entire family

The place is clean, beautifully decorated, and near the Main Beach. There’s a playground where kids can play and 2 restaurants nearby. Hopefully the elevator near the place we rented will get fix soon.

Great girls weekend.

We came down to the area for a 1/2 marathon. None of us have been to the area so we weren’t sure what to expect. The location of this condo is amazing. The décor is tastefully done, the condo was clean, fully stocked with all items you would need for cooking and the beach. The pool and hot tub were so nice as well. We will certainly be back and hope this place is available.

Peace and Tranquility

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had a nice view. Everything was conveniently located. We enjoyed the beach, hot tub, and pool. The rooms were a nice size. The condo was very spacious. I would stay here again. Whenever we had a problem with the air conditioner, the problem was attended to immediately. I had great correspondence with the owners.

July 4th Family Getaway

Our family stayed at Chasta's property for July 4th weekend. We had a great stay. Condo was close to the beach, playground and restaurants. The property was very spacious and clean and equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. We would highly recommend this property in Fernandina Beach.

Private and Relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is spacious and well stocked. We spent time at the pool, the beach, and on the balcony for a relaxing vacation. Very close to the beach, with a nice view. We only had two small complaints. First, we could not find the remote control to operate the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Second, although the master shower was spacious, the glass door to enter the shower was very narrow and short, which made it difficult to get into the shower and get out. It was a minor inconvenience, but I think the shower would be more functional with just a curtain rather than a teeny glass door.

Ocean Park Getaway

Very comfortable and well supplied condo close to beach, parks, playgrounds, and Fort Clinch State Park. We enjoyed hiking and biking at the State Park and other nearby nature trails. We always enjoy the town of Fernandina Beach- nice shops and restaurants.

Property was nicely decorated. It was stocked with everything we needed and more. The space was great as we are a family of six and everyone was comfortable. The location was perfect, by the beach, near restaurants and other fun activities. We enjoyed it a lot. I only worked with Chasta. As I mentioned, she was really great to work with. When we arrived we had a welcome package with all kinds of fun items and foods (specially for the kids) it was such a personalized and sweet touch. I truly appreciated the gesture. I texted her when I arrived and she responded right away. She was available and prompt in responses which is great because she’s happy to help should you need her. Everything about this process was outstanding!
