Studio in well maintained residence with caretaker in the mountains 1400m.
Nice studio for summer holidays or winter sports, with caretaker, sleeps 4, kitchen with sink, 2 electric plates, refrigerator, television, electric heating, shower room wc, balcony with views of the slopes of the resort with table, chairs, drying rack.
Cellar to store ski equipment, accessible from the car park and with the lift, small wood with tables (for the summer).
Sleeping: 1 sofa bed with pull-out bed (2 persons) and 2 bunk beds.
At your disposal: raclette grill, oven, microwave, iron, coffee makers.
A 5 minutes walk from shops, 5 minutes walk from the dump that leads to the ski resort in winter, mountain biking in summer.
