Lakefront Home - 2bdrm Plus Bunkie

Family cottage. Summer rentals by the week. Check in and out on Saturdays.
During Covid-19 rentals to one household only and Covid-19 Passports required.

Beautiful updated, air conditioned 1400 sq ft home/family cottage approximately 1.5 hours from the GTA. Our cottage is situated on a lovely treed and granite covered, private 1.1 acre lot with 264 ft of waterfront. Great swimming off the dock and beach area. Boating and plenty of fishing (bass, pickerel). Views of the lake from all living and bedroom areas. Enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunsets on the dock. Large deck with lounge chairs, dining table and BBQ.

We appreciated the owners and the quality of the property.

Lisa and Ron care a lot about their property. Everything is high quality and works perfectly. We can picture them as very fastidious people. The lake frontage appears to be larger than most cottages in the area with an easy walk to the water. The deck is large, a delight to sit on.

Had a wonderful time!

Ron and Lisa were great to rent from. They answered the few questions we had pretty much immediately. Nice and quiet, exceptionally clean and a good variety of activities available for our use. It was a great week!

Great cottage and property

Fantastic property with a great cottage and wonderful hosts. Spend most of our time outdoors on both docks, and the wrap around deck. Cottage is well equipped and enjoyed the fire pit, paddle board, kayaks and paddle boat. We will definitely be back

Awesome Family Cottage

Our family of 4 had an amazing week at Lisa & Ron’s cottage. Two docks, sandy beach, fun fishing and well kept cottage. Lisa & Ron were great hosts and very attentive as needed but let us enjoy the property during our stay.

Perfect!

This property was amazing. We are a family of 7 and there was ample space in the cottage. It was meticulously clean and well maintained. The kids loved using the kayaks on the lake and jumping off the dock. The fishing was great as well. We will definitely be coming back.

This was our second stay

We were happy to be back. Ron and Lisa are great hosts. The cottage is clean, modern and as described. It is on a perfect lot. The area is fairly built up with cottages, but this one is on a lovely piece of land that juts out so you feel you are in a space by yourself. You are almost surrounded by lake and don’t see (nor hear) your neighbours. The lake is very quiet. I don’t have young kids (anymore) but this cottage would be great for kids. It has a little sandy beach, a dock to jump off and a canoe kayaks, and paddle boat.

Another fantastic week!

This was our second visit this summer and again it was AMAZING! The house is fully stocked and has fantastic lakeviews from nearly every room. The sandy beach is great for the kiddos to play in and for launching the SUP and kayaks. The property has a large front yard which is great for playing lawn games and relaxing in a hammock to enjoy the spectacular view. Ron and Lisa are great hosts. Truly an amazing stay - we will be back :)

So great!

Lisa and Ron’s cottage (more aptly named beautiful house on a lake) was so wonderful. The pictures were totally accurate, Lisa was really quick to communicate, the whole property was perfectly clean, the lake is perfect for swimming/fishing and the dock was lovely. Everything was really easily accessible and the fully stocked kitchen made each day really easy. The cottage had every possible amenity we could imagine. Thanks so much Lisa and Ron! We would recommend your place to anyone, and would be more than happy to book again!

Lovely stay in a beautiful spot

The property description and photos are accurate. The lake is quiet. The space was spotless and bright. The kitchen was the best equipped that I have come across in a rental. There were no problems. The only "near" problem was a power outage around the whole lake during a thunderstorm. The lake was dark and beautiful. But there were candles and we knew where the board games were. We had an old fashioned cottage country Saturday night. We all loved it. Ron and Lisa could not have been better hosts.

What an amazingly unforgettable week!!

Words cannot express how amazing this property was to stay at!! From the breathtaking waterfront to the amazingly comfortable beds:) Lisa and Ron were amazing hosts. They made sure to meet you when you showed up and offered so many little comforts like water toys, kayaks, paddle boats, and even some dolls for my one year old!! We would come back in a heartbeat. A very memorable week!!

Perfect Northern Getaway

This is a beautiful cottage with a great view of the lake from just about every room. Everything was exactly as depicted in the photos. Lisa was a wonderful host, very accessible and prompt when contacted with any questions or concerns. The cottage was very clean and nicely decorated, we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. The beds were comfortable, even the pullout! We loved the bunkie and would have been happy to use it but on our visit, it was just too hot. We only stayed 3 days this time but we will definitely be booking a week next year. We were a group of 5 friends looking for a northern getaway and this was exactly what we were looking for and more!

Lakefront Gem!

What you see is what you get with this waterfront beauty! The photos posted are a real representation of the gorgeous interior and exterior you’ll find at this cottage. Our family of 4 just enjoyed a wonderful week’s stay here on Lake Dalrymple - whether fishing off the dock, swimming and kayaking in the lake, or enjoying quality time inside with a board/card game - there was something for everyone to enjoy! Lisa and Ron were available to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. Truly enjoyed our time at their cottage - hope you will as well!

Lovely cottage close to the City

Cottage is in a great spot with beautiful views. The experience of renting this cottage with Lisa and Ron is amazing, they are very kind and great reaching out and responding all the questions right away. Cottage is very clean, comfortable and bright with big windows, each of them with amazing views to the lakes or trees. I will recommend this cottage for a family with kids or a group of friends if you want to spend a great weekend out of the City. We will definitely repeat the experience at this cottage. (Ps. Bring a lot of mosquito repellent!)

Lakefront Getaway

Ron and Lisa were incredible hosts. They made sure that everything was prepped, clean and ready to go. The property was spotless, the location was incredible and they had all the toys you’d want (kayaks, paddle boards, bikes etc). Would highly recommend staying here. An amazing property with incredible views, amenities and accommodations. The bunk house was awesome! Very quiet lake as well, hardly any boats at all. Perfect for their paddle board.
