Wish you offered a third option. ‘Maybe’.
We chose this rental because of the season. Cool nights. Warm days. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to open any of the windows. They were frozen shut. Could not enjoy the cool evenings and had to turn on the fans for relief.
That being said, the kitchen was well equipped. Not a thing missing.
All said and done, we most likely will not rent again.
Washing machine and dryer were not functional.
Great location on the beach. Had morning coffee in sunroom while watching the sunrise. In the evening we watched the sunset over the ocean. House was spotless and well stocked.
This was my family’s first trip to Oak Island and we were not disappointed! We loved the house. PERFECT LOCATION. It was clean and tidy. Our fridge went out mid week and we had a replacement brought in the same day! No complaints from us - we hope to visit again soon!

Great location! Only complaint is the beds were not comfortable at all.
Very nice stay. Enclosed porch was wonderful asset. Beach access was right next door. Oak Island is a dog friendly beach. Issues were minor. Ask them to make sure refrigerator is turned on early. I would definitely stay at the Beach Fact Oar again. Or live there. Forever.
