Du bonheur dans un lieu de rêve

Depuis plusieurs années, nous venons au Clos Ripert en famille. C'est un endroit magique, calme, convivial, d'une grande beauté. La propriétaire, Monique, est toujours aux petits soins, chaleureuse et bienveillante. nous recommandons absolument ce petit coin de paradis! A l'année prochaine!

Endroit idéal

Super endroit (quasi en bout de plage), pour des vacances reposantes. Excellente exposition au soleil. La villa jumelée est particulièrement bien située et bien équipée. Monique est très accueillante et a le souci que tout se passe bien.

Les vacances au paradis ; juin 2012

Nous deux couples Suisse allémaniques ont passé deux semaines dans la "Villa sur la Plage" en Juin 2012. Nous sommes entièrement heureux de notre séjour. La site tranquille au bord de la mer; la jolie villa bien équipée; la cordiale propriétaire; les magasins alimentaires tout proche; les possibilitées de sport nautique; les excellentes pistes pour les cyclistes. Nous allons la recommander à tous nos amis! Wir zwei Schweizer Ehepaare haben im Juni 2012 zwei wundervolle Ferienwochen im Haus "Villa sur la Plage" verbracht. Die Lage unmittelbar am Strand, das gemütlich eingerichtete Häuschen; die sympatische Gastgeberin, die Nähe zum Dorf mit seinen Läden, Wassersport und ausgezeichnete Fahrradwege - alles machte den Aufenthalt zu einer reinen Erholung. Der Ort ist für ruhesuchende Strandurlauber absolut zu empfehlen. Wir werden wiederkommen!

wir haben 2 paradiesische Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Realität entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos, alles tiptop, großzügig bemessen (sogar ein Toaster ist vorhanden) und in tadellosem Zustand, Heizung funktioniert (im Mai manchmal nötig). - Madame ist jederzeit erreichbar, äußerst liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich. - Das Beste ist die Lage: jeden Tag ein bißchen anders der Blick aufs Wasser, das Cap Negre und die Inseln, man hört weder Nachbarn noch Autos, das Rauschen des Meers übertönt alles. - Praktisch die Entfernung vom kleinen Ortszentrum, nicht zu nah und nicht zu weit, kleiner Supermarkt und maison de la presse t ä g l i ch geöffnet bis 20.oo, - problemloser Parkplatz hinter dem Haus auf dem Grundstück. - Verlässliche Restaurant-Tipps von Madame! Es war herrlich, wir kommen wieder!!

Perfect!

Thank you very much for the great holiday and the hospitality. We strongly recommend this destination to everyone looking for relaxation and privacy in an exclusive and natural environment. The Villa is located directly at the seafront and offers an unparalleled view on the Mediterranean. A private beach that belongs to the Villa sur Mer exclusively is right in front of the spacious terrace. This makes it ideal not only for those seeking privacy but especially for families with children. The constant (though compared to other locations at the waterfront very quiet) presence of the water creates a fantastic atmosphere. The villa itself offers two bedrooms and a larger livingroom with integrated kitchen. The house is perfectly looked after and decorated with care. The Villa is part of a very spacious resort located between the ea and a small hill. The street along the cost therefore is on the hill and accordingly distant from the Villa. It can neither be seen nor heard. This is often an issue with waterfront buildings in the Mediterranean but this Villa is completely quiet. The area around the resort is amazingly beautiful. The water is crystal clear, the beaches and the complete area are very clean (almost comparable to Switzerland). Several restaurants and shops are within walking distance so a car is not needed at all. All in all it is a really great place to stay at and we will surely return.

La Villa du Pêcheur - Un lieu de vie Idyllique

Cette location offre un plaisir aujourd'hui introuvable en France, où la loi littorale empêche d'ériger des constructions habitables en bord de mer. C'est unique ; on se réveille au milieu de la Grande Bleue qui comble tout le panorama de la pièce à vivre. On a vraiment le sentiment d'être sur un bateau, à moins 2m de la mer, et il suffit d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour entendre le bruit du clapotis et sentir la brise iodée.. Plus près sur les abords, on peut profiter d'un petit jardin fleuri dans les dunes, et d'une terrasse au calme. Par ailleurs, la décoration est sobre et de bon goût, et (chose également parfois rare en France..) l'ensemble de la villa est d'une propreté irréprochable. Enfin, tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied, et on a finalement toutes les peines du monde à trouver un alibi pour quitter ce lieu de vie idyllique.

Un petit paradis, vraiment!

Accueil chaleureux, conseils judicieux, propreté, tranquilité, confort, vue superbe.. Que dire de plus? que le sable est fin et propre, que 50 pas au plus séparent la Grande Bleue de la douche, que la télé n'est là que pour mieux apprécier l'instant présent, que les lits sont bons...que la voiture ne nous a pas manqué, que faire ses courses au village en marchant pieds nus, visant le friseli des vagues sur le sable est un régal... et bien entendu, le soleil est compris dans le prix! Nous avons quittés cet endroit avec nostalgie et nous y reviendrons avec joie. C'est sûr!

très très sympa

Belle propriété très bien entretenue, calme et ombragée par de nombreux beaux arbres, pins, eucalyptus... La propriétaire est accueillante, de bon conseil et la maison d'une propreté exemplaire. L'équipement est aussi à la hauteur. La plage qui se trouve à 10 mètres de la grande terrasse de la maison est nettoyée tous les matins et l'eau n'est pas du tout profonde. C'est pratique pour les enfants en bas âge. Cette plage mène directement au village à 6 ou 7 minutes à pied, sans se presser. Quelques restaurants sur cette plage vous permettent de ne pas prendre la voiture pour aller manger. Enfin l'endroit idéal pour passer d'excellentes vacances.

Idyllique

Nous sommes restés 15jours dans cette propriété calme et reposante avec notre petite fille de 2ans et la situation sur la plage nous permettait de nous relayer pendant la sieste de la petite endormie dans sa chambre avec sa maman, à 10m de son papa resté sur la plage. C'est vous dire la proximité et le calme de la plage de sable fin qui est splendide et qui permet de rejoindre les commerces, les restaurants, les activités sportives. Mon mari en manque de sport a pu satisfaire ses envies grâce aux randonnées en jet-ski et moi en leçon de ski nautique. On y retourne l'année prochaine les yeux fermés!

LE RÊVE

La Villa est SUR la plage ! Seul vis à vis depuis la terrasse, le salon, la cuisine = la mer. Seule nuisance = le bruit des vagues si l'on peut vraiment s'en plaindre. Tout est à proximité. Enorme dépaysement et grand repos ! Nous avons posé la voiture pour 15 jours dans ce paradis et avons tout fait à pied par la plage : les courses, les sorties au restaurant. La journée, la plage peut être à la fois être vivante et sportive (jet ski, ski nautique...) ou très calme quand on se promène vers le cap Nègre. Et si la voiture vous manque vraiment, prenez là pour visiter Bormes, ou de l'autre côté Ramatuelle, Saint Tropez... ALLEZ-y sans retenue ! Accueil et prestations remarquables !
