Enjoy the sunsets from this waterfront home, tucked away off North Main Street. Private setting and pet friendly (2 pet maximum). Water access for kayaks and canoes. Upstairs offers a separate living room and a TV, perfect for friends and family to spread out. Please ask about our cancelation policy. 60 day cancellation prior to occupancy date (100% refund minus processing fee, travel insurance and credit card fee's). Pet friendly home. $75. Delight Bayside House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful, clean house slightly tucked back from the bayfront. Bedrooms have been updated with 2 queen sized beds and one full. Ideal layout for maximum porch enjoyment. Minimal carpet which was excellent for the dog. Expansive kitchen layout for meal prep. All in all, a quiet property away from the bustle of Maddox and downtown.Bring your own outdoor chairs; the current ones of the property should be replaced.

Reviewer Comments: Well, if it had been 50% less cost, especially in November, then all would be ok- it's rustic & charming, at best. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the house. A few recommendations. In the first floor bath there should be grab bars in and outside the tub. It would've been nice to have some decent deck furniture--all the broken stuff was pathetic. In fact, all the broken stuff in the house needs to be pitched. Most important--UPGRADE ALL MATTRESSES!! Do this and the house will be wonderful.

Quiet, peaceful location with easy access to restaurants and ocean.

Charming house with nice water views. Really poor lighting. Outdoor furniture really needs attention. 1 Adirondack chair was broken as was double rocker on deck. Only 1 operable chair on deck for house that accommodates 6 people is inadequate. I don’t personally want to move furniture from porch to deck while on vacation and then you have to make sure you move everything back upon vacating. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Kitchen is OK. If you really plan to do serious cooking, might want to bring a few of your go to pots, pans, good knives, etc. If you’re mostly dining out, kitchen is adequate. Overall a nice stay.

The furniture inside is over-kill with too much stuff packed into tight spaces, ironically the outside furniture is lacking and the house could have used more placed to sit on the deck. If the owners read these reviews please consider removing some of the living room furniture (both downstairs and upstairs) so that people can move more easily around the space.

There is mold growing on the wall behind the couch in the living room and perhaps elsewhere. You need ServPro or someone like that to come in and do mitigation, otherwise I could not recommend it to a friend and will not be using it until this is taken care of. Great location. Rooms are quiet. Quit street. High ceilings. Great kitchen.Also, some windows do not have screens, so could not get cross ventilation in house.Staff is very professional and friendly. I hope the owners will support taking care of the mold problem.

Great house for dogs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our stay with dogs. The house had some great views (especially from the second floor Primary). The house could have used more outdoor furniture on the deck and backyard. Also, the access to the water is a narrow path to a sliver of water. Its great for launching kayaks but you can't really hang out there. The area the house is in also does not have sidewalks that connect to downtown so it makes walking pretty difficult. We'd most likely stay again though.

this house could be amazing but simply is not. terribly stocked kitchen. rusted out pots and pans. light fixtures from the 1900's nothing really went together, old stinky throw rugs everywhere. the worst bed on earth to sleep in or even get into and out of. loved the house, not needs some serious updates and serious cleaning. i cleaned the whole house before i left, it looked much better than when i arrived if that says anything. most likely won't book here again.

Nice place

A very nice property. My friends rented it in 2020 and really liked it. I was not able to going them because of Covid but they so liked the place, I had to rent again. This time I made it. It was worth it. Very nice and quiet part of the island. Loved the natural light in the downstairs bedrooms.’

We love the island and have nothing negative to say about Harbour rentals. The home was clean and as others have stated a bit over crowded with furniture but not so much so to keep us from enjoying our vacation. The deck is a bit weathered and most outdoor furniture was broken but we made do. Overall a nice home with lots of room to spread out. Was a plus for us that they allow pets.

2022 vacation

I loved the house and access to the bay. The decor was a nice change from white and wicker beach theme. We did lose internet for 24 hours which was stressful because I’m taking classes and had some work to turn in. The bill was paid and internet was turned back on in time, so it was good. It was the first time we took the dog on vacation and I think she enjoyed it. Thanks for a great vacation!

Love the view of the bay

We enjoy staying here for the sunset views of the bay and now that we can work remotely its even better. The property is clean and decorated eclectically with various antiques which may not be everyone's taste. If you are a chef you may want to bring along some of your own pans, cookie sheet, and/or spices.

Great place with a few suggestions

We were happy the house was homey. Water view and sunsets spectacular! Loved the two living areas A few suggestions. Need new frying pans. The Teflon ones were burned and unusable. And many of the cute lamps were not bright enough for reading place was clean except for downstairs shower which needed a better cleaning. We would stay here again
