About this property

A spectacular beach house in the heart of Napeague. Sandy beach at your doorstep (across the street from ocean front homes).. A new roof top deck with a firepit was added in 2020 with magnificent, panoramic views of the ocean. A beautiful, immaculate, and well appointed chalet beach house. The upper level features a great room with gas fireplace, french doors to your deck ( BBQ grill) to enjoy the ocean breezes, and private suite master bedroom (with jacuzzi tub). A new kitchen was completed in 2020. Lower level has three guest rooms, den with pool table, bath, laundry facilities and a slate patio to enjoy your perennial garden. Also, has private side and back yards.
10% security deposit.

10% deposit for carrying charges (actually used and billed cleaning services, electricity, propane gas, water, taxes, landscaping, garbage pickup).

Loved it!

I had an amazing few weeks at this house - where you can hear the ocean waves all day long! It was bright and airy, the location is incredible, and the amenities were perfect. Highly recommend.

Short walk to the beach!

The house was spacious and cute! The walk to the beach is so short (and it’s a gorgeous beach). Neighborhood is quiet and pretty. Love the rooftop for watching the sunset! Short drive to town/grocery store. We were very happy with our stay!
