2 cars for parking, one is marked for this unit and the other is any unmarked spot (unmarked spots our first come, first serve) You pay for one parking pass when you reserve but you are allowed to have 2 cars. You must pay for the 2nd parking pass. The cost is $60. We will send you information after booking and before arrival about how to purchase the 2nd pass if needed.

There is a one time parking fee (per the condo owner association ) of $50 per car for the entire stay. When you make your reservation , you are only paying for one. We will reach out to you before your visit to see if you need another. We will send you a link at a later date to pay if you need a second pass If you have more than 2 cars, you will need to speak to security at check in for options. There is a pay per day system in place for 3 or more cars and is based on availability on arrival. There is also a an overflow lot nearby if additional space on property is not available. Security does not take reservations for additional parking.

Parking and Prohibited Vehicles
Just a reminder that we are more limited than ever for oversized vehicles as we are also having to park all vendors at the lobby level during construction this summer. Because of this, less than half of the lobby level is available for those who bring oversized vehicles. Please make sure your website and booking information includes this notice to your guests- the only other option is to have them park at the Island Church lot on Canal Road almost 3 miles away.
Also please remind guests that Rvs, trailers, buses, etc. are NOT permitted even at the Island Church lot. Sprinter vans with RV hookups are classified as Rvs and not permitted.
For anyone bringing more than 2 vehicles, we do expect that there will be weekends in which we cannot offer overflow parking onsite. We can only guarantee space at the Island Church lot for any more than 2 vehicles. Overflow space in the parking garage is available on a first come first serve basis based upon availability each day.
Arrival Times
Guests are NOT permitted to use the facilities and amenities before their unit is ready for liability reasons. Check in is at 4pm or anytime after. Please do not communicate to guests otherwise. We recommend they enjoy the many attractions and restaurants offered locally while they wait for their unit to be ready for them to check in.
Minimum Rental Age
We cannot provide keys to anyone under the age of 25 and we do check IDs. This includes Owner children or guests. For Owners who have children or underage guests, they must contact the Association office to authorize access to the unit, but must ensure that keys are on site for those persons to use as we cannot make keys for them once they arrive.
C Tower Outdoor Pool CLOSED
Due to the construction of our new parking garage and amenity deck, the C Tower outdoor pool will be closed indefinitely. This pool will be impacted by the construction of the new water slide, and will be resurfaced with stairs added before it reopens. We do not expect this pool to reopen until sometime in the winter.
D Tower Front Desk
We have opened a satellite desk in the D tower lobby until construction is complete at the old location. Starting this week, this desk will be open from 8 am -8 pm on Fri, Sat, and Sun.
Hot Tubs and Daily Service
Hot tubs that have been delivered and filled with power on are now open. Please ensure your communications to your guests state that the Aquatics team will be coming to service the tubs DAILY. We sent our process in a separate email outlining what your guests can expect, but it is important the guests are made aware before they arrive. Should a guest deny the Aquatics team access to perform these required services, we will contact you for assistance. Tubs that we cannot access for several days must undergo remediation and/or testing before the tub can be used again, so it is critical that we are able to perform these services.
We offer concierge services! Whether it's making dinner reservations, delivering groceries, planning for special occasions we want to help!
