About this property

This professionally decorated condo has hardwood floors in each room and has been freshly painted. All of the furniture has been newly purchased. It is located minutes away from all of the amenities of Uptown and very close to I-77 & I-85.

The kitchen has granite counter tops with a new sink. It is packed with every kitchen utensil needed as well as a toaster, blender, and coffee maker.

The two full bathrooms have newer tile with spa quality towels.

Both bedrooms have queen size pillow top mattresses with 500 count sheets.
The unit is wireless compatible and all utilities are provided regardless of the rental length.

Short notice

We rented this place for a month. Well, we tried to rent it. My family and I moved to the area and needed a place to stay till our place was ready. After a long week of packing, moving, and traveling we were looking forward to being able to rest. Upon driving to the Charlotte area we received a message that or reservations had been cancelled due to previous renters had decided to stay longer. VRBO did not refund our money right away and put myself and family in a bind. Proper notice and a quick refund would have been nice. Would not recommend if you are tight on funds.

Fantastic Condo

What a safe and beautifully manicured condo complex. The area is quiet and the neighbors are very nice. The condo is a ground floor unit and was very clean. It had enough pots, pans, and dish ware to get us through our 3 week stay. The owner Jack was very responsive and nice. Would highly recommend.

Excellent neighborhood!

The condo was extremely clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and well-maintained. I felt very safe. The kitchen was adequately stocked (a couple of the pans were unusual, but nothing we couldn't work around). Super convenient access to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, uptown Charlotte, etc. I highly recommend this condo!!

Long term getaway

We stayed here for 3 months for a work assignment. The place had everything we needed to get by during that time. The neighbors are all very quiet which is a bonus. This property also allowed pets, and we were bringing our dog with us so it was an absolute necessity. Places like that are hard to find but this worked out great for us.
