Great location and amenities

Great location between pigeon forge And Gatlinburg. House pool, hot tub and game room were awesome. Unfortunately the mini- split in the pool was malfunctioning and the pool room was very hot. Unable to be repaired during our stay. The washer and dryer were broken and the part wasn’t available for the week . Laundromat was expensive and time consuming. They did provide additional towels. Very nice house. Great amenities. Outdoor pool area was very nice.

BBall tournament stay at Eden Crest

The house was a perfect location for the BBall tournament. We were literally a mile away from Rocky Top Sports World. The house was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We did have trouble with the dryer but it wasn’t a big Neal. I would stay again.

Alarm system needs to be user friendly

The alarm system was annoying at the ground floor door and in the pool.Would like that be used in an easy way.

We loved the property. My kids loved the indoor pool and the movie theatre room! The only negative thing is we didn't have check in codes for the door when we got there and it was difficult to get in contact with someone from the Property Management company after hours to get the code for our cabin.

Gatlinburg Vacay

There are 3 levels to this property, so plenty of room to spread out. We used the hot tub, sauna, and pool daily. The pool table and arcade game were also a hit. All of the furnishings and finishes are nice. The location was not far from a McDs and a Dollar General if you need that kind of thing, as well as a grocery store and gas station. Nice property in Laurel Estates!

Serene Oasis

The house was super clean and looked as advertised, however there were quite a few minor issues. Each room was equipped with a TV, Direct TV box and a DVD player, but most were not functioning. The DVD player in the theatre room and downstairs bedroom were not working. The downstairs TV also could not connect to the internet so no streaming there. The Direct TV box was not working in the master bedroom and one of the upstairs bedroom TV’s had no sound. We called maintenance and they did come same day but couldn’t replace any equipment, only switch some things so we could watch movies only in the theatre room and TV only in the master bedroom. The air hockey table would only work by plugging and unplugging since the on/off switch and the score keeping was not working. The kitchen could use more cooking utensils and some of the shelves in the fridge were cracked. Not major things, but disappointing when you pay that amount of money to stay somewhere that the amenities aren’t functioning properly. All in all we did enjoy our stay!!

Great Amenities and Great Location

Wonderful, clean, house! This house has everything our family needed. We had 5 kids 13,yo 13yo, 16yo, 17yo, and 19yo. Pool table, air hockey, arcade games, private indoor pool, clubhouse outdoor pool, private hot tub, private sauna were a huge hit. The beds were incredibly comfortable. 4 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms. A fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful porch to sit on. Fantastic location and easy to get to downtime Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The only complaint I have is a storm came through on day 1 and lightning hit the tower and no one had WiFi and made cell phones/internet and the movie room unusable for our entire stay! Our family was really looking forward to using the movie theater. That was huge bummer, especially in the evenings when everyone wanted to relax and chill. Mother nature had other plans for us I guess. The part to fix the WiFi wasn't coming in until the day we left. We also were unable to use their new feature of Alexa/concierge bc of the outage. Which would have been very helpful.

Great location

The cabin was easy to find and in a great location. It was clean when we arrived. The ceiling fan in the bedroom on the 1st floor rattled when turned on.

Family Vacation

This was our first time visiting Gatlinburg and we had a great time! We will definitely be back! The house was great for the kids to swim in the pool and everyone to enjoy the hot tub.

Paradise

We enjoyed the cabin. Everything was so clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The game room, movie theater and pool were really enjoyed by everyone and the hot tube was a bonus. Will definitely be returning!!!!! Great location easy access to city and shopping. Loved it paradise on the mountain

Wonderful place to stay

This is our 3rd time staying in Laurel Estates. It’s been great every time and this one did not disappoint. It was extremely clean. We got to see a bear this time right from our balcony. The only thing that could use improvement would be the dishes in the kitchen. The ones they have are in great condition, but could use more things like a funnel, containers/ bowls with matching lids, etc. That doesn’t take away from our experience though, and still give them 5 stars

Beautiful place with plenty of space and unwind time

We LOVED this cabin.. the only downside we had was construction right across the street all day while trying to relax... but I know they are just making room for more people to enjoy! We will definitely be returning! Close to everything in town!

Family Trip

Check in and check out was simple and easy. Everything we needed was provided. I recently started exercising and walking around the block was good for that because of the hills. My Fitbit said I did 12 flights of stairs just walking the neighborhood. Navigation systems will not get you to the property so do make sure to read the driving instructions that are sent. That's important. We loved the hot tub, the sauna, the space of the property, the deck space was all great. We couldn't figure out how to control the temperature of the pool. It was cold to me. But my 8 year old didn't seem to care and was happy to splash around in it. The internet doesn't really pick up in the mountains well so don't expect too much from that respect. My family loved the trip and would recommend it to others.

Worth it!

A trip we will never forget

We rented this house for our daughter's 10th birthday. It was two minutes from town but you still felt like you had a cabin away from everything. There was a bit of construction going on because it's a new community that they're obviously adding on to. However, that didn't phase us at all! The house was absolutely gorgeous, it was huge but cozy. Everything worked perfectly. We swam in the morning and at night, enjoyed the hot tub and movie theater, and played nonstop games in the game room. We made memories that will last a lifetime and already look forward to the next time we can come back! We already discussed bringing family down to celebrate the holidays in this amazing getaway!!
