Villa idéale pour découvrir la haute-Corse

le Domaine Vermentinu est situé idéalement pour découvrir la haute-Corse. Pendant nos vacances avec nos trois adolescents, nous avons visité la Balagne, avec les villes de Calvi et Ilse-Rousse, le cap Corse, Bastia et nous avons passé trois soirs à Saint-Florent qui est vraiment très proche et très charmant. La villa a tout ce qu'il vous faut, nous avons apprécié le beau jardin fleuri, l'espace extérieur couvert, la piscine et l'intérieur qui est décoré à notre goût. La villa est vraiment au calme, on a si bien dormi! Karine et son mari sont des hôtes très sympathiques. N'hésitez pas.

Luxury villa with wonderful hosts

Great villa in excellent location. Very high spec throughout and well equipped. Outdoor facilities are superb. Karine and Fred are the perfect hosts and lovely people. So much to see in north Corsica and good base from which to explore; great villa though if you just want to chill.

Pour des vacances réussies...

Très belle propriété, très bien équipée avec goût, dans un endroit idéalement situé à quelques kilomètres de Saint-Florent. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires étant, à la fois, très à l'écoute et discrets. En vacances familiales, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la dépendance et l'abri extérieur bien conçu.

Séjour magique à côté de Saint Florent

Nous avons passé un séjour magique pendant 10 jours dans cette superbe villa. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, chaleureux et ont été disponibles tout notre séjour. Nous n’avons eu aucune mauvaise surprise, les photos sont identiques à la réalité. La villa est moderne et toute équipée, avec une magnifique piscine et salon d’été. Un grand merci à Karine et Frédéric pour leur gentillesse et leurs bonnes adresses :)

Great holidays

We spent two wonderful weeks at the Villa in Patrimonio. When we arrived, Karine picked us up at the Postoffice and brought us to the villa. The Carons live next to the holiday home. She showed us the rooms and the garden and offered her help if there where any questions. All was very clean and we felt good from the first moment on. During the time she was a great help especially for organizing different events (like watersport, Quad and Motorbike-Riding, she adviced hiking tours, Domains or Restaurants) and translated for us. Frederic was regularly looking after the pool and brought us vegetables from his own garden. He also helped when we had a technical problem with our rented car. Both were very kind and open-minded. We thank them for the great time in Corse and wish all the best… Constance

Vacances superbes dans une magnifique propriété

Nos hôtes ont été parfaits. Les 2 logements sont très fonctionnels et aménagés avec beaucoup de goût. l'extérieur est très fleurie, calme, la piscine, la terrasse, tout est fait pour rendre le séjour agréable. Je recommande vivement.

Vacances parfaites

Des propriétaires au petit soins pour l’ensemble de la famille. Nous avions avec nous un nouveau né et tout avais été préparé avec soins pour son arrivé. La villa était propre et super bien aménagé. La partie privative que nous avons eu était elle aussi parfaites pour notre petite famille.

The best Villa we have stayed in

The owners of this villa have thought of everything! From the beginning our experience could not have been better. Karine met us in the village and showed us the way to the villa. She gave us a tour of the property and all the information we needed. It was lovely to also meet Frederic and the children. The bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge from the vineyard next door was very welcome. The villa is decorated and equipped to a very high standard and was spotlessly clean. It surpassed our expectations. Although next to the owners house the villa is very private with it's own driveway and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. The village of Patrimonio is a very short drive away and has a bar and a number of places to taste the wine of the surrounding vineyards. There are also some very good restaurants including one on the outskirts of the village (on the road back towards Bastia) which has stunning views towards the coast. We enjoyed a concert at the beautiful church of Patrimonio featuring tradition Corsican folk music. The beautiful port of Saint Florent is a short drive away with it's great selection of restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Ravis de ce séjour dans cette belle propriété

La propriété est idéalement située à proximité de sites touristiques mais au calme dans la nature. Cadre splendide avec vue sur les vignobles de Patrimonio. Nous nous sommes très bien sentis dans cette maison neuve tout confort (literie parfaite) / tout équipement. Grande pièce à vivre. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et nous ont apporte de bons conseils pour notre séjour.

Really beautiful house, perfectly matching the photos and the description. Perfect for hosting three families with children. Large living area and kitchen with all the necessary amenities. Optimal cleaning. Completely new furniture conditions and excellent quality and finish. Owners very hospitable and kind, attentive to every detail. Always available and available to provide information. The house is located in a very safe zone and typical area of Corsica, near St Florent. We will definitely be back and recommend it 100%.

Des hôtes très sympathiques, une maison spacieuse et chaleureuse, un extérieur de rêves pour des après midi piscines ou farniente. Idéal en famille ou entre amis, tout le matériel nécessaire pour un bébé. Le tout à 5 minutes de St Florent et de ses plages paradisiaques, aucun regret, de superbes vacances !

Excellent séjour en Corse grâce à Karine & Fréderic (des hôtes très aimables) et à une maison qui a dépassé nos attentes. La maison est super fonctionnelle, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et la terrasse abritée invite à passer du temps dehors. A booker les yeux fermés !!

séjour au top !!!je recommande les yeux fermés ..

nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans cette villa !! l'accueil des propriétaires nous a tout de suite détendu, des personnes très agréables et charmantes et cela tout le long de notre séjour !!! le lieu est tout simplement sublime : la maison est parfaitement équipée, on ne manque de rien !!!le salon extérieur est une invitation à la détente et la piscine un pur bonheur..on est au calme mais on est bien situé pour visiter les alentours : Calvi, l'ile rousse, Farinole, St Florent et bien d'autres !!! Encore merci pour cette semaine idéale (trop courte malheureusement) !

Un petit Paradis

Un lieu reposant et convivial

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours et nous aurions aimé rester davantage. Après un accueil très chaleureux, nous avons découvert une demeure sans surprise par rapport aux photos du site.
