Beach Ts is a bright and breezy 1,868 sq foot home located on the Oceanside of The Village at Nags Head. It offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and sleeps 12 comfortably. Perfect for a large family or 2-3 smaller families vacationing together. 2 masters and rooms for the kids.

The house is in walking distance less than 2 minutes to the beach! The private beach at Nags Head is exceptionally clean and lifeguards are present during the summer months.

With this home, enjoy the Village Beach Club amenities including a large oceanfront Olympic sized pool, kiddie pool, daily adult and kids activities during the summer months, clubhouse with snack bar, arcade, poolside restrooms and showers, oceanfront parking, life guarded beach accesses and tennis courts! Open May thru end of September.

In addition, 11 miles of jogging/bike paths (bikes not included) await you or stay at home and relax in the hot tub! Visit the sound side of the community to swim, crab, fish at the fishing pier, launch your boat/kayak/canoe or play some golf at the Nags Head Golf Links course (schedule tee times online for an additional fee). There is also plenty of shopping, restaurants and activities nearby. No smoking and no pets.

Nags Head get a way

The house was great and just what we were looking for. Close walk to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. Betty was super easy to deal with and made check in easy.

Perfect Location

Property was fantastic for our family of 6 with 4 teenagers. It would easily sleep more, but we especially loved the location. Close to outlets, grocery store, walking path, beach, and Jockey's Ridge. Don't miss Blue Moon Grill for dinner and Surfin' Spoon for the best ice cream sandwiches! It was our first time to the Outer Banks and we would stay here again in a heart beat!

Friend Reunion

Highschool reunion - 5 couples. Communication with the owner was great. Location is good but there is a main road right behind the house. We enjoyed the beach club access. The house could use a deep cleaning and a linen update. Layout and location worked out great for us.

Home away from home

The house was very clean and accurate description. I liked the fact that the house already had garbage bags and kitchen towels to use along with tin foil, paper towels & and extra toilet paper. We have stayed at many houses and it’s always nice when you are traveling out of town to not have to buy all that stuff. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Location

Good: Kitchen well stocked; mattresses were comfortable; location to beach and pool an easy walk; lots of indoor and outdoor games, puzzles, etc. Need Improvement: More lighting—difficult to read in living space (small lamps); some furniture pieces are worn and in need of replacement and/or repair; bedroom with two bunks is too crowded; needs a deep cleaning.

Convenient location and short walk to the beach

The property was in good shape overall and clean when we arrived. There were some indications of needed maintenance, but everything worked as it should and we had a good week. The location was central to anything you would need during the week and a reasonable drive to see the horses or lighthouse in Corolla or to take a fishing charter out of Oregon Inlet.

Wonderful stay in Nags Head

We loved our stay in Betty's home. We were a group of 2 families - 4 adults, 3 children, and the home was perfect for us. Very easy walk to the beach and access to the Village Club was such a perk. We used the pool and tennis courts at the club almost every day, and the service/food/drinks at the pool were excellent and an unexpected surprise! Betty was wonderful and extremely communicative throughout. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great trip with friends

The property was great for us to stay with 2 families. The house was well kept and had plenty of extra beach accessories. It was an easy walk to the beach, even with 5 kids. The host was super responsive and very helpful!

Fun In The Sun!

We so enjoyed this house with another family for a week in July. There were 10 of us and the house was well appointed, with plenty of room and in a prime location. The house was clean and comfortable with all the needed amenities. We were in close proximity to the pool and beach but still afforded amble privacy when enjoying time on the decks. Betty was the most exceptional host. Very responsive and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better start to summer!

Wonderful Experience

Our family of 5 met up with cousins (a family of 4). We all had our own space. It was a great setup for all of us to have our own room. This property is not on the beach but you can take a quick walk and there you are!

Easy walk to beach

We were very comfortable and had plenty of room to move around. What caught my attention was the fresh scent throughout. All appliances were up to date. We had an easy walk to the beach. Hope to return to this location!

Good Memories

The house is exactly as shown, clean, roomy, perfectly located to pool and beach. Great hot tub. Even tho weather was not warm and sunny, the hot tub saved the day. Location was good so we can go visit other areas easily. All enjoyed and we have some great, fun memories.

Great Beach Weekend Getaway

Rented this property for a long weekend with friends. Conveniently located in the outer banks. Betty is amazing and communicated with us right away when we had questions. They have everything you need. The beach is so close. We were so comfortable there and had a blast! Highly recommend!

Great Family Beach House!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The beachy decor was adorable throughout the house and was very clean. The location was easily accessible to the beach, although you had to walk across the street to get to the access walkway. We thought it was much closer to the house based on the photographs, but about a three minute walk. We had two 4 year olds and a 1 year old, but it wasn’t a busy neighborhood. Very quiet, which we liked. Lots of steps to get to the main living area, so be prepared if you have anyone with knee problems. Our host was wonderful!! She answered all of our questions right away. All in all, we loved our stay! The only drawback, which the host can’t control, was a fishing tournament held the weekend we were there. Trucks and fishermen lined the beach, tearing up the beach, leaving large ruts, which made it a little difficult to walk for some family members. The kids were disappointed when we couldn’t spend time on the beach during the day while the tournament was going on. If you take a trip in October, I’d inquire about the tournament and when it’s held so you have optimal beach time.

Good stay

We enjoyed our stay. It checked all the boxes and met all our needs. The kitchen is extremely well stocked so that was a nice surprise. The only thing I would have changed was that the house would not have been so close to Hwy 12 (it basically backs up to the hwy). Overall it was great!
