C’est un endroit paisible, reculé de tout mais tellement agréable. Les propriétaires sont des personnes très agréables, disponibles . Malgré notre manque de vocabulaire Italien, nous avons pu communiquer. La petite attention en fin de séjour nous a beaucoup touchée 😉

Endroit très calme, très reposant, bonne base pour rayonner dans le secteur
Nous avons été charmés par la tranquillité et le bien-être qui se dégage de cette maison. La proximité des parents du propriétaire n'a jamais été une contrainte, au contraire ; Ils ont toujours su mettre naturellement la juste distance...Et que dire des aquarelles réalisées devant vous...un beau moment. Un séjour génial dans une petite maison de campagne
On a adoré notre séjour : l'emplacement de la maison est super. La maison est propre et super bien équipée. La côte campagne avec des poules et poussins, un chien, des chats, des tortues, des renards et lapins nous a énormément plu. L'endroit est idéal pour se rendre à la plage qui est à 200m, la pelozza est à 10mn en voiture et l'on peut facilement visiter toutes les superbes plages du nord ouest (nous recommandons la plage Rena Majore !). Le mieux dans cette habitation est sans contest nos hôtes : Giancarlo et Giovanna sont adorables et nous avons adoré partager de petits moments avec eux ! Merci pour ces belles vacances, nous en repartons les yeux plein d'étoiles !

Sardinien ist ein Traum
Die Kage der Unterkunft ist einmalig mit ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen wäre es ein Paradies. John-Carlo und seine Frau haben uns ganz herzlich empfangen und uns die Umgebung gezeigt. Wir gaben uns bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten rund um wohl gefühlt.

Lovely place and only nature around
Near to a beautiful beach (during off-season you are quite alone there) is the house located. A warm welcome from the parents of renter is guaranteed. The house itself is equipped with all what is need. If you are an animal owner, you feel very well there as there are living a lot of cats and a lovely dog. Thanks a lot to Luigi and his parents for the nice stay we had!

Parfait endroit pour se reposer
Nous avons passé un séjour absolument agréable et reposant. L'endroit était au-dessus de nos espérances, parfaitement équipé (quel plaisir de pouvoir emprunter un parasol pour la plage), très propre et au calme. L'accès à la plage est direct, 1 minute au bout du jardin. Endroit retiré tout en étant proche de nombreuses plages, notamment à Stintino. Giancarlo et Giovanna étaient d'une extrême gentillesse et nous ont accueillis avec le sourire. Nous repartons avec de jolies aquarelles réalisées par Giancarlo, nous sommes sous le charme! À recommander sans hésiter, si vous aimez le calme et la nature.

SIAMO STATI BENISSIMO!!!!!
Giancarlo e Giovanna (genitori di Luigi) sono due persone splendide, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, dandoci ottimi consigli e venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze senza mai essere invadenti. La casa, isolata e immersa nella natura ma nello stesso tempo vicina alle spiagge e ai servizi, è deliziosa: confortevole, pulitissima e dotata di tutto. Lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere di bellissimi tramonti. I gatti di Giancarlo e Giovanna, il cagnolino Briciola e gli altri piccoli animali che si possono incontrare nei dintorni sono stati la passione dei nostri figli. Insomma....porteremo a Milano un bellissimo ricordo della Pazzona e non ce ne dimenticheremo facilmente visto che Giancarlo ci ha donato dei suoi bellissimi disegni di Stintino. La consiglio vivamente a tutti quelli che amano stare a contatto con la natura e desiderano vivere un’esperienza autentica, lontano dalla confusione dei posti più turistici ed affollati.

Posizione ideale per chi come noi non ama stare nella confusione del centro abitato ma a due passi dalle spiagge. Casa pulitissima, Proprietari, (tutta la famiglia), favolosi, di una gentilezza e disponibilità ineguagliabile. Grazie per questa bella vacanza!

Una buona soluzione
Abbiamo trascorso in questa proprieta' dieci giorni a luglio. I proprietari sono cordiali e attenti, prodighi di buoni consigli senza mai essere invadenti. La proprieta' e' una casa tranquilla e vicina al mare, ma non lontana dai servizi: un'ottima soluzione per chi vuole rilassarsi, godere del mare della Sardegna e fare qualche escursione nei dintorni. I bambini hanno particolarmente apprezzato la collocazione in campagna con tutti i suoi animali: cani e gatti, ma anche gechi, tartarughe, lepri, upupe... Esperienza positiva e consigliata per chi vuole rilassarsi e godere di belle spiagge.

Geweldige locatie voor een ontspannen vakantie!
Het vakantiehuis ligt midden in de natuur, op loopafstand van het strand. Echt een oase van rust, zowel qua ligging als de tuin met alle zitjes en hangmatten. Perfecte plek om helemaal te ontspannen en toch centraal gelegen ten opzichte van de stranden en bezienswaardigheden. De vakantiewoning ligt naast de woning van de eigenaren. Deze hebben oa een hond en katten en op het moment dat wij er waren ook zes kittens. Onze kinderen vonden dat geweldig. De eigenaar is ontzettend vriendelijk. Zo kregen wij oa verse courgettes uit hun moestuin. En allemaal tips over de omgeving. Verwacht geen luxe, het huis is eenvoudig en enigzins gedateerd maar netjes, ruim en schoon. Wat ons betreft (ook onze kinderen van 8, 11 en 13) echt een toplocatie en daardoor een absolute aanrader.

Das Quartier ist nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Ausrüstung ist in Ordnung, uns fehlte nur ein Schneidbrett und ein Gemüse Schäler, aber das ist ok. Auch der Freiraum ist nett und gemütlich gestaltet. Es gab Waschmittel, Müllsäcke und Handseife, den Rest an Verbrauchsmitteln musste man selbst besorgen. Nun kommen wir zu den schwierigeren Punkten: Es gibt überall Fliegengitter aber diese helfen wenig, denn es gab unzählig viele Fliegen. Große Hausfliegen, schafften es immer ins Haus und vor allem vergällten sie uns den Aufenthalt im Freien sehr. Am Schlimmsten waren aber vor allem ganz winzig kleine, die gebissen haben. Das war wirklich ungut. Außerdem steht das ruhig gelegene Häuschen auf einem gemeinsamen Grundstück mit dem Haus von Luigis Eltern. Zwar war es dadurch möglich verschiedenes nachzufragen, sie halfen gerne, aber man war auch von ihrem Chaos betroffen. Auf der Terrasse tummeln sich acht Katzen und ein Hund. Katzenkisterl haben wir keines gesehen, die Verlassenschaften des Hundes und der Katzen finden sich daher auch am gesamten Grundstück - unter anderem unter den schönen Eukalyptus Bäumen wo man gleich daneben auf der Terrasse sitzt. Einmal haben wir den Kot selbst mitten auf der Terrasse gehabt und haben den von der Besitzern unbemerkt gebliebenen Kot selbst weggeputzt. Die Tiere waren auch ziemlich verfloht. Wir haben besonders an den Füßen ziemlich viele Pusteln davon getragen - keine Ahnung ob von Tierflöhen oder den kleinen Fliegen. Nach einer Woche kratzen schaut das ziemlich schlimm aus. Wir wissen also nicht, warum bei diesem Quartier so viele beissende Insekten auf uns eingefallen sind, aber ich befürchte dass der chaotische Zustand des Grundstücks schon dazu beigeteagen hat. Insofern können wir das Quartier also leider nicht weiterempfehlen - und das obwohl die Besitzer prinzipiell nett sind.

Une petite maison au calme dans la campagne et à 5 minutes d'une belle plage.
Une location très agréable entre Stintino et Porto Torres. Très claire, bien équipée avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Une vue sur la mer et beaucoup de calme. Un grand merci à Giancarlo et son épouse pour leur chaleureux accueil.

Sardinien von seiner schönsten Seite
Wunderbar direkt hinter einem schönen Strand haben wir mit wirklich herzlichen Vermietern einen ganz tollen Urlaub erlebt. Luigi und seine Familie haben sich toll um uns gekümmert. Danke hierfür!!! Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Am Morgen ist es am schönsten am Strand da sind sie mit Sicherheit alleine und genießen das Wasser. Empfehlen ? Klar jederzeit 👍👍 wer die Freiheit und das wirkliche Sardinien liebt ist hier genau richtig

Vacances à Stintino
Très belle semaine passée dans la maison de la famille Gritella. Luigi,absent, nous avons été accueillis par ses parents Giancarlo et Giovana,ainsi que sa grand mère : qui sont d'une grande gentillesse, disponibilité et discrétion.un grand merci à tous les trois! La maison est située à côté d'une superbe plage peu fréquentée, accessible à pied en quelques minutes. Sans aucune hésitation nous reviendrons si nous en avons la possibilité !

Un havre de paix au bord de l'eau
La maison est très agréable à vivre, fonctionnelle et bien équipée , ouverte sur l'extérieur avec de l'espace tout autour de la maison et une vue sur la mer depuis l'arrière de la maison. Idéal avec des enfants, elle se situe à l'écart de la route au bout d'un chemin de terre , le terrain est vaste et dispose d'un accès direct à la plage. Mention spéciale à l'accueil de GianCarlo et sa maman, fort sympathique , attentif et généreux. On a passé un excellent séjour à Stintino ... et très envie d'y retourner bientôt.

Séjour authentique et chaleureux
A l'écart des complexes touristiques, la location est insérée dans un petit groupe d'habitations isolées à l'abri d'une végétation méditerranéenne. On y arrive par un chemin de terre. La plage est facilement accessible et sauvage et longe une lagune. Les eaux sont cristallines et la baignade sans danger. La location est bien aménagée, agréable à vivre. En plein été, les ventilateurs suffisent à rafraichir la maison sauf les jours de grande chaleur. Une terrasse permet de prendre des repas à l'extérieur ou de se relaxer. Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique des propriétaires, attentifs à satisfaire ou à prévenir les demandes des locataires. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
