The kitchenette is equipped with electric hobs, microwave, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine.
A glass wall separates the living room from the hallway in which you will find a sofa bed for 2 people and a large storage cupboard.
The bathroom and toilet are separate.

Access to the central terrace of the esplanade du valentin will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible thanks to a traffic lane. As a result, the Valentin residences no longer have direct access to the ski slopes, mandatory bypass. Access by stairs, distance from the slopes 150 meters.
