The chalet is composed on the ground floor of a beautiful living space, living room with stone fireplace, dining room and fully equipped open kitchen and separate toilet. Upstairs, 4 double bedrooms with wardrobe, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and downstairs 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub.
Quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.

WEEK-END EN FAMILLE
Un très beau week-end à 2 pas des commerces et des commodités de St Gervais. Sylvain est un hôte très agréable et serviable. Chalet Hyper fonctionnel et en cohérence avec les photos. Un B-mol (il en faut toujours 1), la sensation d'humidité et d'odeur de renfermé dans la partie -1 du chalet. Sinon au top du top.

The property is located a short 5 minute walk into Saint Gervais, it is very peaceful with stunning views. Sylvain was very relaxed and met us at the property to show us around. There was plenty of space for 3 families. The downstairs bedroom has a small kitchenette which worked well for one of the families with younger children.The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of crockery, pans and utensils. We spent 2 weeks at the Chalet with plenty to do locally - canyoning,bike rides, swimming at lake Passy and we particularly enjoyed the Biotop pool at Combloux. A great place to stay.

Beautiful chalet in a stunning location - convenient for easy access to the lovely town of St Gervais too. We also got to catch a glimpse of the Aurora Borealis across the night sky. Perfect!

Le chalet est très confortable, nous étions 2 familles avec 4 enfants en bas-âge (entre 2 et 7 ans). La localisation à 2 pas du centre-ville de Saint-Gervais est idéale. Toutes les activités (randonnées, tramway du mont blanc, baignade au lac, parc de loisirs, chèvrerie, etc.) sont également très accessibles. L’accueil et les conseils de l’hôte (Sylvain) ont été très appréciables

Un superbe séjour
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, le chalet est vraiment super! La terrasse est couverte, ce qui permet d’en profiter même quand la météo fait des siennes! Sylvain est un hôte au top, qui nous a donné de très bons conseils sur les activités à faire aux alentours. Et la localisation permet d’aller au centre ville à pied, quel bonheur! Sans parler de la table de ping-pong! Encore merci au nos hôtes!

Amazing return trip back!
This is the second stay and we would love to come back again. The chalet is always so well presented and welcoming and the space works really well. We stay as 2 families with teenage children and the kitchen/lounge is a great social space. Close proximity to town, cable car and shuttle bus stop. Great restaurants and bars in the town and on the slopes.

Chalet was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. The check in with Sylvain was simple and clear, even with a slight language barrier that we figured out together. Communication was great and fast, we had no problems at all during the stay. We would definitely return in the future!

Nous avons passé un très (très) agréable séjour. Le châlet est spacieux et bien agencé, à proximité directe du centre de St-Gervais (5mins à pieds) et du TMB. La vue sur la vallée et le Mont-Joly depuis la terrasse était magnifique. Il y avait également de nombreux livres et jeux pour les enfants, et Sylvain était particulièrement disponible si besoin (bbq, ballons pour les mini-footballeurs etc.). A recommander vivement!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, le chalet est très bien équipé et proche de tous les commerces. Idéal pour partir en famille, chacun a son espace. Dans la chambre au Rez de jardin il y a même une 2 eme cuisine, un véritable appartement / studio avec son accès indépendant. Sylvain est à l’écoute et toujours présent si besoin. Je recommande ce logement.

Very helpful and welcoming and cooperative couples.. the property was very spacious and nice ambiance and well decorated. Everything we need was there. Maybe the only thing is the way to the chalet which needs to be mentioned clearly in the chalet description. Breathtaking views, perfect chalet, beautiful village
Breathtaking views from this clean and cozy chalet in a quiet town 30 min from Chamonix. We drove to Chamonix to take cable cars up to view Mont Blanc. Chamonix is a fun tourist town for mountain sports, but St. Gervais was the perfect place to stay when you want peaceful time with your family, the mountains and the singing birds. Adorable small town with quaint shops, cafés and markets. We cooked for ourselves in the chalet and had everything we needed for beautiful evenings and fresh mornings together with the mountains in view.
