Located in the heart of Vendée, in Saint Hilaire de Riez , Camping Riez à la Vie **** welcomes you in a friendly and warm setting for a successful holiday. This campsite is located 1km from the beaches bordered by the Atlantic Ocean. Near a national forest which separates it from the beach which faces the Ile d'Yeu, this place is a typically Vendée holiday resort in the middle of landscapes as enchanting as they are picturesque.

In addition to the joys of the sea, you can enjoy different aquatic areas on site. The outdoor aquatic area consisting of a swimming pool and a paddling pool will welcome you all season long. It is heated from the opening of the campsite depending on the weather conditions. The indoor aquatic area will be ideal for enjoying the joys of swimming in all weathers throughout the season. Heated from April to September, the indoor swimming pool with its paddling pool awaits you. You can also enjoy the relaxation area with sauna and hammam (free access - adults only).
The new aquatic area is made up of two new swimming pools and new water slide tracks, it will delight young and old alike. Take advantage of a large pool with a solarium to quench your thirst and bask in the Vendée sun while your children have fun in the walking river. For thrill-seekers, you can enjoy the seven water slides including a buoy slide for even more fun.

Because vacations are synonymous with fun, you will have access to numerous leisure facilities: weight room, multi-sport field, playground and inflatable structures for children, ping-pong tables, games room.

New for 2024: the campsite is getting up to date with new entertainment buildings, the creation of a restaurant, bar, snack bar, grocery store and reception (the new buildings will be accessible on May 1st)! Also a second play area will be available as well as a new games room.

Although calm and tranquility are the key words of the campsite, there is no shortage of activities and entertainment ! Throughout the season, sports tournaments, fitness classes, pétanque competitions, happy hours and theme evenings... accompanied by warm and dynamic entertainers.

Your children aged 4/10 will be able to have fun in the Children's Club during the school holidays (April, July and August) where many activities will be offered to them (fun and educational games, board games, recreational activities, etc.)
And your Teenagers aged 11/17 will also be welcomed into a club where they will be offered various activities in July/August only.

In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the campsite gives you access to numerous services (5 days a week outside of season and 7 days a week in high season) : bar, snack bar/takeaway food, grocery store, bicycle rental as well as additional equipment rental: baby chairs/cots, rental of sheets, towels, planchas, etc.

Near the campsite, you can discover all the activities the region offers. The latter offers many activities such as amusement parks: Puy du Fou, L'île d'Yeu, Planète Sauvage, as well as the Sables d'Olonne zoo.
You can also practice sailing, hiking or horse riding, cycling, golf and many other sports practiced in the region.
