Newly remodeled, 3 bedroom/2 full baths with a private heated swimming pool, large fenced-in back yard, with open living and dining areas.
Walking distance to Pompano Public Beach, shopping, cafes and bars, yoga on the beach, Pompano Beach public fishing pier, a spectacular children's playground, an adult workout exercise facility, and a children's water play area with fountains, and much more.
Bedrooms: This large tropical estate sleeps, 6 guests. The master provides an in-suite bathroom. The middle bedroom has a queen-size bed and the 3rd bedroom features a pull-out bed with private access to the courtyard patio and pool.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need while on vacation (and more) and only requires you to bring food, beverages, and condiments.
Outdoor Area: Private heated pool and deck with a surrounding fence providing a very private setting with lots of chairs and space for everyone! Propane gas BBQ grill and outdoor area with plenty of room for outdoor dining and family fun. Pool heating not included in the rent; it can be added for an additional $30/day fee.
Guests amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, full-size washer/dryer, driveway parking for four vehicles, large SMART flat-screen TVs in every bedroom, linens, towels, cable tv, beach chairs, cooler, family games/toys, and lots more.
If you want to get out and explore, entertainment is only steps away. You can easily walk to the beach, the grocery store, 26° Brewing craft beer, and a handful of four-star restaurants in a variety of cuisines (e.g., 9 Face Sushi, Houston’s, Kilwins ice-cream, The Foundry, Umberto’s Pizza, and Café Maxx...). Plus, it’s only a short drive to Pompano’s very own Isle Casino, Hard Rock Café, multiple golf courses, and a number of additional attractions. Located 17 miles from the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport, 7 miles to Fort Lauderdale Beach, 4 miles to Lauderdale By the Sea, 6 miles to Deerfield Beach.
Other things to note:
All leases require a minimum 5-day term. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a keyless secure door code; no need for an in-person key exchange. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 9:30 PM and ask that you please respect our great neighbors. Any socializing after 9:30 PM needs to be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside. There are no parties or events allowed at this home.
Child Proofing: Guests understand that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk of harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
Small dogs are welcome. We charge an additional $175 non-refundable fee for any guest that books with a pet.
Person booking (credit card holder for payment) must be 25 years or older and must be an occupant of this rental during the entire reservation. The person booking is required to provide a copy of a valid government form of ID prior to arrival.
Reservation must include the total number of guests at the time of booking, not to exceed 6 persons.
