Duplex with magnificent lake views and close to the city center

T3 apartment on two levels located near the city center of Gerardmer and consists of a bedroom with bed 160 cm on the ground floor. The floor is composed of a mezzanine with reading corner as well as two spaces separated nights by a partition. These spaces are communicating and are equipped with a first bed of 140 cm and a second trundle bed (which allows one or two beds of 90 cm per bed). The bathroom with bathtub is located on the ground floor. A washing machine is available and the toilets are separated. The kitchen and lounge area overlooks lake and mountains. A dishwasher, a microwave and a TV are available. Terrace overlooking the lake. A cot is also available.

Très bon séjour, appartement spacieux et fonctionnel. Quelques ptes choses à améliorer ( ménage des précédents locataires, vaisselle supplémentaires, plus de rangements à l'étage...) mais logement très agréable avec superbe vue sur le lac. Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances

Nous avons loué ce gîte pour 3 nuits et y fêter la Saint Sylvestre et le jour de l'an. Le gîte est super pour 4 adultes et très bien situé avec vue sur le lac. Nous avons pu regarder les feux d'artifice tirés le soir du 31 de différents côtés du lac. Isabelle nous a très bien accueilli. En bref, séjour à renouveler. Et merci

Schönes kleines Apartment, mit ausreichend Platz für die ganze Familie und wichtig: ein Pool.
Typisch französische Inhalte der Küchenschränke: ein bunter Mix. Aber toll, dass Salz, Zucker & Pfeffer vorrätig waren. Die Lage ist super, Ausblick auf den See inklusive. Der Pool war das Highlight für die Kids. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen und kommen gern mal wieder.

Emplacement idéal
Appartement très bien agencé avec deux ados qui se sont partagé l'étage et un bébé, mais le lit est difficile à caser avec un lit king size !!! Résidence idéalement placée, à quelques minutes du lac. Nous avons pu voir le feu d'artifices et la chavande depuis la terrasse de l'appartement ! Piscine de la copropriété très appréciable également, bien qu'un peu trop grande. L'eau reste froide même en pleine canicule et il faut faire attention aux enfants car elle est beaucoup très profonde, même pour des adolescents.
