Apartment classified three stars, on the first floor of a villa in a quiet residential residential area, very well located, at the same time close to the city center, the thermal baths, the congress center, the sports center, the Allier banks and the shops. Creps easy to reach by car.
Apartment completely redone recently, thermal and sound insulation.
It includes a large double living room of approximately 35m2 with convertible sofa (140x190), a bedroom on the garden side with bed (160x200), a fully equipped kitchen with small balcony, a bathroom and separate WC.
Equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, microwave, fridge - freezer, induction hob, vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer.
The household linen (sheets, bath sheets, tea towels ...) is provided free of charge and changed weekly.
