Very bright and functional at the bottom of Villa / House of two apartments located in a very quiet area. This accommodation offers 1 garden of 500 m², 1 beautiful covered terrace of 40m² with dining area "barbecue & Plancha", 1 swimming pool equipped with a security device facing due south, 2 free parking spaces, 3 bedrooms (2 140cm beds) and 2 twin beds of 90cm), a spacious living room with TV, a fitted and very well equipped kitchen (Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Induction hob, Refrigerator, Freezer…) 1 bathroom with Italian shower / WC, 1 independent WC / washbasin, washing machine, free WIFI.
Pool access from April 4 to September 25. From 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
2 umbrella beds, high chair, changing table / baby bath & pushchair - available, on request.
Non-smoking and pets not allowed.
We provide sheets, tea towels and bath towels. When we have a little time we prepare your beds, otherwise the sheets are at your disposal in each room.
A starter kit provided with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning products.

Really great location and facilities

The swimming pool was great and a nice private setting. The Bathroom was lovely including a great shower. The Kitchen had everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Vacances en famille

Location très bien située. À 15/20 minutes à pieds du centre de Saint Jean de Luz. Centre commercial accessible également à pieds ainsi qu’une boulangerie. Très bon séjour. Il y a énormément de choses a voir au Pays Basque.

Mooi verblijf met wat kanttekeningen

Het verblijf was net en ruim, goed in orde. Het was niet meteen naar onze smaak ingericht, maar de gustibus et coloribus ... De eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk en discreet. We sliepen in een tweepersoonsbed en dat viel nogal krap uit. Het verblijf ligt op de eerste verdieping. Om het terras en het zwembad te bereiken moet je dus elke keer naar beneden en langs de voordeur naar buiten. Dat is niet zo praktisch, als je bijvoorbeeld op het terras wil eten moet je alles naar beneden dragen. Het is wel rustig gelegen en op wandelafstand van het centrum van Saint jean de Luz (1 a 2 km)

Un emplacement au TOP

Annonce conforme à la réalité. L'emplacement est idéal pour circuler en voiture (près de l'autoroute) et aller à pied à Saint Jean de Luz. Contacts avec les propriétaires très agréables et fluides.

TRES BON SEJOUR EN FAMILLE

Agréable séjour passé en famille dans cette belle demeure spacieuse, lumineuse, propre et bien agencée. Nous avons apprécié l'espace extérieur aménagé couvert avec plancha. Attention toutefois aux personnes de grande taille qui pourraient se cogner la tête en utilisant la plancha. Coté emplacement, une boulangerie est à proximité mais l'éloignement par rapport aux plages ou au centre de Saint Jean de Luz, nous a obligé à prendre la voiture. Notre petite fille de 4 ans n'aime pas marcher !!! L'accès à pied est toutefois possible pour les bons marcheurs. Nous avons aimé le calme de cette résidence et la possibilité de garer la voiture à l'intérieur de la propriété. Au final nous recommandons cette maison ou nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Magnifique séjour

Location spacieuse d’une propreté irréprochable et très agréable pour un groupe de 3 couples. Nous avons aussi apprécié de prendre l’apéro au bord de la piscine. Emplacement permettant d’aller aux halles et centre ville à pied. Propriétaires sympathiques, réactifs et très arrangeants. Bref…séjour trop court !!! Nous espérons y revenir.

Excellent property with lovely outdoor terrace & pool

Had wonderful stay, St Jean de Luz is beautiful, although a good 20 min walk with hills on way back. An easy drive to either Biarritz or San Sebastián is well worth a trip. The property is very comfortable.

Long weekend entre amis... Un accueil tres chaleureux, appartement tres soigne et tres bien equipe Superbe piscine et terrasse. Tout proche a pied de ciboure et st jean de luz Un tres bon moment Et on reviendra tres vite Merci!

Excellent séjour au pays basque

Location tout à fait conforme aux photos, parfaitement équipée et très propre. Idéale pour passer de bonnes vacances. Extérieur très agréable. Très bien située, à la fois proche du centre historique de Jean de Luz ( on peut s’y rendre à pied) et en retrait de la circulation. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil convivial tout en restant discret.

Bonjour Nous conseillons tout particulièrement ce très bel appartement,pour une fois il ne manque rien pour le confort et la cuisine .Acceuil très chaleureux et sympatique.Dommage que nous n'ayons pas profité de la piscine.Les environs sont très beaux et plein de choses à découvrir.C'est aussi la première fois que des propriétaires envoient un petit mot pour savoir si le séjour et le retour s'est bien passé.Je recommande tout particulièrement cette location. Génial

Un accueil chaleureux et dévoué. Une maison très confortable et rénovée de neuf, très bien équipée sans aucune surprise et correspondant aux photos et commentaires de l’anonce. Un seul regret est de ne pas y être resté plus longtemps.
