We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check In time is at 15:00 PM
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking

• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

Perfect home away from home

Great location if visiting NYC and looking to stay outside the city with on premise praking. Would definately recommend for families.

Location was ideal to walk to see fire works display. Also, easy in and out to Manhattan from this location.

This is a cute small apartment my family of 5 stayed there and we were comfortable, very clean and beds are comfortable, there are several stores near by, overall quite neighborhood.

Beautiful apartment

It was very nice, confortable and clean. But as the heating wasn’t controllable for us, only from the building so it was quite cold at night.

NY City Trip

Property was exactly how they listed it. The reviews talked about the noisy neighbor. The first night we arrived, yes their TV was blasting, however, once we got into the apartment you could not hear it. Then every night after that I never heard it again. We took the city bus into NY and that was very easy, clean and affordable. Highly recommend that mode of transportation. Area was nice and in walking distance to lots of different stores.

Comfortable Apartment But Noisy Condominium

Although it is an old condominium, the apartment is well maintained and comfortable. It has what is necessary in terms of its utilities. We had problems with the heating system that only worked on December 29, 2022, the day we arrived and our departure was on January 7, 2023. There was a portable heating system, but it was not enough for the areas of the house . If you are looking for a place with fast transportation and a nearby supermarket and convenience stores, it is suitable for that. If you are looking for a place to sleep after a whole day of touring, it is not the right place because the loud noise and disorder on the 2nd floor will not let you sleep. There is a neighbor who is all night causing unnecessary noise all night, it's 6 in the morning and the disorder continues. One of apartment rules was, not cause noise or something else, but the neighbor in the second floor have loud noise and maybe party all the night and nothings happens. Claudia look like a very responsible person and respond all messages.

Sehr schöne Zeit

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen man konnt die Wohnung mit dem Bus bequem von New York errreichen, da er direkt vor der Tür hält. Schwierig war es nur am Samstag, da über 500 Leute mit diesem Bus fahren wollten. Wir haben dann einfach eine andere Linie genommen und sind ein Stück gelaufen. Mit dem Taxi kostet die Fahrt 60 Dollar, da New Jersey ein anderer Bundesstaat ist und die Fahrer Maut bezahlen müssen. Die Busfahrkarte kostet 3,5 Dollar.

Tres bon séjour et très bon emplacement pour etre un peu en recul de New York après de longues journées. Tres bon appartement, propre et fonctionnel sauf le bruit mais qui est de l’ensemble de l’immeuble et mal isolé mais sinon à recommander. Merci Claudia !

Bon rapport qualité-prix

Nous étions 5 dont 1 enfant, l'appartement pratique et dispose de tout le nécessaire (savon, serviettes, draps, sac poubelle...) l arrêt de bus est au pied de l appartement le quartier est calme est dispose de commerces afin de faire des petites courses du quotidien. Notre hôte est discrète et dispose par message pour toutes demandes

Séjour agréable

Appartement propre et agréable, il y a juste à traverser la route pour le bus n°125 direction New York, après une longue balade dans New York et l'agitation de la grande ville, New Jersey est un lieu reposant, Le point négatif au logement : appartement du dessus bruyant ainsi que la clim mais heureusement qu'il y a la clim ! juste revoir un nouveau système (partout ns avons vu le même système et les appartements ont la même isolation phonique donc à choisir je reprendrai ce logement ! Je recommande cette location, merci Claudia.

Globalement très bien

L'appartement situé à 25' de Time Square était très bien desservi par le bus. Le fait d'être au calme le soir et dans la banlieue nous a permis de voir autre chose que la big Apple et c'était un plus, notamment très apprécié par nos ados. L'appartement est pratique et les deux chambres très bien. Le canapé est cependant un peu dur pour y dormir une semaine, un système de rotation a dû s'opérer parmi nous ;) Petit bémol sur l'isolation et l'isolation phonique. En effet, l'on ressent vite la température extérieure dans l'appartement, et les murs sont suffisament fins pour entendre ce qui se passe dans les autres appartements. Mais Claudia avait prévu les bouchons d'oreilles :) Les échanges avec Claudia ont été parfaits, son temps de réponse et la quallité de ses explications ont été au top. Merci beaucoup pour cet endroit qui nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour New-Yorkais !

Lack of support and listening

We have rent for 4 days this flat . Yet my husband and I were tested covid positive few days before travelling . If I could understand that no refund is possible I have asked to change our dates later on. The owner of the flat just tell us that there is nothing she could do . So I have just paid for nothing . I do not find this behaviour very kind and do not recommend this flat as well as this site

Great place!

The apartment was great! It had everything we needed! Grocery store was a few blocks away so location was perfect! Only negative was the resident upstairs. You could hear his footsteps and him/her getting out of bed. It was only though the late evening hours and early morning.

Clean cozy stay

The apartment was great for laying your head down at night. The only complaint which is out of control for the owner is the upstairs neighbors are quite loud.
