Won't Go Back

"Neighbors" blocked our garage, so we parked outside. Then, they parked their big trucks too close to our car, so it was difficult to get out of the parking area. The floors were filthy (white socks turned black on bottoms from walking on floors) and there was glitter on the floors on every level from some sort of a party. The kitchen and master bathroom had a visible sticky substance on the floors which appeared to be from alcoholic beverages. There were no dish towels and no extra garbage sacks. The neighborhood is sketchy (several homeless), and the front yard had broken beer bottles and other garbage in it. Otherwise, it was great.

Pretty good stay

Everything was clean. We only had 3 chairs at the dining table so we could not sit and eat together. The couch is terrible. Lumps in spots then u sink right thru in other spots. Someone parked infront of our garage and we couldnt find the person so we were not able to leave for hours. No kitchen towels and there really wasnt enough towels for everyone for our stay. The place itself was decent over all, with nice rooms.

New Furniture Needed

The location and building was great. Unfortunately the furniture was horrible. The only two couches in the living room had huge sagging divots in them. Which made it difficult to sit and relax on them. The dinning room chairs were broken. Out of the 6 chairs only two were usable. The back were so bent back you feel you were going to roll off them. If I were asked if I would go back to that unit the way it is right now it’s a definite NO WAY. The rest of unit was very nice and clean but they need to invest in new living room furniture.

College Graduation Trip

We had 6 adults over 50 and had plenty of space and liked having our own bathrooms. Just a caution-there is not an elevator and there are 4 flights of stairs which makes getting luggage in and out a bit of a challenge. We loved the big Scrabble board in the living room. There were only 5 chairs for the table so it made it difficult for all of us to share a meal. The seating in the living area is very limited and not very comfortable. The only other issue was check and check out times were not the same as listed in the app, which makes it difficult when planning flights.

The room was amazing, near a sketchy area, staff was very friendly.

MUST READ….The apartment itself was stunning very nice if your looking for something with multiple people this is it,keep in mind there is 3 flights of stairs. The staff was very friendly everyone we talked to was very helpfu! The location is a good reasonable distance from down town and anything you’d want to explore in Nashville. Our check out time was 11am we got up at 9am and was about to start packing the car and get ready to take off and our brand new F150 was stolen. The cops found it about 20 mins after we reported it a couple blocks away back window busted out of it and they took the key fob so we had to go to a dealership and get a new one made. The property manager Bill was tremendous amount of help and got us to where we needed to go to get everything so we could finally head home. If it wasn’t for him we would’ve been in a way less fortunate situation. Needless to say Bill would be the only reason we would ever come back!

Wonderful property overall but keep in mind there are 4 flights of stairs so be careful with older adults.

VRBO Customer Service is HORRIBLE

This property was nice, large and tons of fun. However VRBO cancelled my first reservation from March, two weeks prior to arrival at a different location and gave no help in finding a location with such a short time frame. VRBO customer service is horrible, beware.
