The villa is situated in Saltsjöbaden, one of Swedens most exclusive suburbs. It is truly a summer paradise, with a lot action going on in sea. Sailing, swimming and watersports is very accessible.
Golf course and Tennis courts are very close to our property.
To reach the famous islands in the archipelago of Stockholm is also very convenient. There is a ferry stop next to the Grand Hotel.
You can reach Saltsjöbaden by train from central Stockholm.
The villa is situated in Solsidan (Sunnyside) with beautiful lake views and about: 100 meters to lovely baths. It has a fantastic lake view from the whole upper floor, overlooking Vårgärdssjön in N and towards Erstaviken, S, the opposite direction you also have and ocean glimpse, so water is seen from both sides. With just a minute's walk from the house you will find lovely bathing sites and a beach. The house is close by and almost directly connected to a nature reserve with a beautiful forest and lovely walking trails with the opportunity to walk on the cliffs along the sea. The house is recently renovated and all surface finishes are new, 2 new bathrooms, kitchen etc.
It has a large spacious kitchen with large work benches, "bar stools" and good storage spaces. new modern appliances with a stove / oven from SMEG are the crown of the kitchen. From the kitchen, however, there are magnificent lake views. Opposite the bedroom is a large newly renovated bathroom but marble floors and bright colors. A lovely big shower. The entire upper floor has bright white walls and bright pine floors. The house is perceived as bright and with lake / sea views both in the north and south. Patio in the south, with barbecue and several outdoor groups, as well as terrace in the north, with dining table seating 6, can be reached from the upper level.
Downstairs we have a large laundry room with double washing machines and dryers and large areas for storage, drying of laundry and ironing. The living room offers a high level of comfort with a ski lodge feel and a beautiful tiled stove. The furniture is a Howard group with beautiful marble table, large 60 ”TV + stereo for movie nights. On this level there are also two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. This is also newly renovated and fully tiled, with lovely sauna with steam option for 6 people.
At the front of the house we have a terrace with space for both sun loungers, dining group and barbecue. In front of the balcony we have a small nature plot with mountains and some vegetation that are fenced off by a wall. At the back of the house there is both a wood shed and tool shed and lawn.
The street is very quiet with few cars which is perfect if you have children. A practical garage with automatic gate opening has room for 1 car, two more parking places are located at the site.
