This large air-conditioned 80sqm three-room apartment is located on the first floor of a recent, secure building with lift, in the city center, close to all shops and the beach. Everything can be done on foot, the car is not essential, garage available in the basement. Its openings and its large 30 m2 terrace offer peace and quiet.

Location parfaite.

Appartement très bien équipé, propre, et confortable. Clim et grand balcon au calme avec bbq. Idéalement situé à 100 m de la plage et 5 min du port. Excellent accueil de la part des propriétaires. Rien à redire.

Excellent sejour à Calvi

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine sur Calvi et ses environs dans cet appartement situé en plein centre ville mais tout proche de la grande plage de Calvi et surtout dans une résidence calme et proche de tout.

Exceptionnel !

Un accueil chaleureux par des hôtes exceptionnels. Francis et Mady sont attentionnés et s’attachent à vous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Leur gentillesse est sincère et bien loin de simples préoccupations commerciales. Comme ils le répètent : ici, vous êtes chez vous ! L’appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé et parfaitement bien situé pour tout faire à pied, une fois la voiture remisée dans le garage fermé et sécurisé en sous-sol. Que demander de plus ? Si, de pouvoir y revenir bientôt ! Un grand merci à vous deux et au plaisir de revoir le sourire de Mady et d’écouter Francis parler de ses belles montagnes Corses et de ses pâturages ! Super séjour

Appartement entièrement climatisé, très bien équipé, tout y est. Grande terrasse avec barbecue. Environnement tranquille. Très propre. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et gentils. Bref, l’endroit idéal à 2 minutes à pied de la plage et proche du supermarché. On a passé une super semaine. Merci. 🤗

L’appartement est idéalement situé avec accès direct à la plage de Calvi. Il est parfait pour une famille avec enfants, la terrasse est très spacieuse et offre un espace de jeu intéressant. Super perfetto

Appartamento fantastico arredato con gusto e super funzionale. L'appartamento ha un bellissimo terrazzo con un fantastico bbq. Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze se c'è ne fosse bisogno. La zona in cui si trova è vicina anzi vicinissima ad alimentari, macelleria e ristoranti ma soprattutto a 2 minuti a piedi dal mare. Il centro storico è a 10 minuti a piedi. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi con noi. Posto meraviglioso, torneremo!

Sehr großzügige Wohnung in Strandnähe

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr großzügig geschnitten mit riesiger Terrasse. Alles ist so gut, wie es beschrieben ist. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Man muss allerdings nachts die Fenster schließen, wenn man nicht früh morgens vom Verkehr geweckt werden möchte, der doch recht laut ist.

Appartement parfait pour des vacances en Corse idylliques !

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique à Calvi. L'appartement est idéalement situé; tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin est accessible à pied : plage (100m), commerces, restaurants, sans oublier la Citadelle. L'appartement est très confortable et décoré avec goût : son niveau d'équipements est supérieur à tout ce que nous avons pu louer auparavant. La grande terrasse avec barbecue est très conviviale en famille, face aux montagnes! L'accueil de M. et Mme SIMEONI a été extrêmement chaleureux : ils ont répondu avec gentillesse et bienveillance à toutes nos questions. Encore un grand merci !!! C'est avec très grand plaisir que nous reviendrons !

Séjour en tout point parfait

Nous avons passé un séjour idéal dans cette location L' appartement avec sa terrasse est extrêmement agréable et nous nous y sommes sentis tout de suite très bien . L ' accueil des propriétaires a été très chaleureux , nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur hospitalité . Nous n ' hésiterons pas à revenir si la location est disponible .
