It's a 5-minute drive to the Bangkok International Private Hospital. The nearest beach is a 2km walk from the villa. Villa JALIZA is safely situated in a gated community; a peaceful and quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the Samui nightlife.

The 850SqM villa offers a stylish and spacious living environment, adorned with a refreshingly minimalistic and stylish theme that runs throughout the property.

On arrival, you will enter on the ground level and step into an open plan deluxe gourmet kitchen and living area. To the right is a state of the art kitchen with all amenities, including a large cooking island fitted microwave, double oven, etc and seating area, and to the left will see a generously sized living area with a flat-screen TV, satellite channels, internet, and mobile WIFI sound system.

Upstairs comprises of three bedrooms;
Stunning master bedroom offering king size bed, sofa, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers either twin beds or super king with a guest bathroom and the third bedroom en suite with a king-sized bed.

The lower ground floor offers further bedrooms, both en-suite with king-sized beds and an en suite bedroom with double bed and enclave with bunk bed. There is an open plan games room, complete with pool table and mini-fridge. Every room on each floor opens out onto a joint balcony offering magnificent sea views.

Wonderful stay !

We were a family of 9 and there were more than enough room for all of us. The villa is very big and can easily accommodate more people while everyone still has its intimacy. The views are beautiful. Many thanks to the kind maid who took care of the villa during our stay and prepared breakfast for us every mornings. A local cell phone was given to us and that was very convenient. And last but not least : Neil is a wonderful host who gave us very precious information on Ko Samui before our arrival. He also helped us organize our year-end celebrations, and made sure we were well looked after during our stay as well. Thank you Neil! We would be delighted to come back!

I didn’t want to leave

I love this villa! It was hard to leave. It’s huge and luxurious... We were there for a family reunion, perfect! Beautiful bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. Wake up in the morning to beautiful views... rolled out of bed grabbed my fresh fruit and yogurt from the huge kitchen and fell into my poolside chair for the day aaah.... best break ever. Close enough to the buzz of Chaweng and far enough away for peace and quiet. Take me back!!

Perfect house. Perfect Team. Perfect vacation.

Neil, O, Kob, Nam and team - thank you for making us feel so at home in Thailand. The house was amazing, so much space, all rooms are great with breathtaking views (seeing that full moon rising was just out of this world), the large rooms, best in class beds and bedding, art decor throughput the house, the wood-concrete construction, the luxurious baths, spotless cleanliness, comfi living room, fun pool table, huge high tech pool, and so so much more. And the team - from the warm early check-in, to booking our full moon tickets, to daily laundry and meals - perfect. Neil and O's responsiveness is phenomenal and always so service oriented. We are writing this before leaving this tomorrow so we do not Miss the chance to thank you before we are back to the real world craziness, everyone should get a chance to visit Jaliza! You made a group of 10 guys very happy!

Gorgeous Villa, Amazing Views and Well Located

Our Group of 8 arrived at the Villa and were blown away by the amazing sea views. The Villa Manageress had welcome drinks and a large bowl of fruit waiting for us. We love to cook and the Villa has an amazing Kitchen. We had the Chef service for 2 nights and all I can say is Fab!! amazing!!. The Villa is located close to the beaches and close to the local attractions and the Chaweng night life. I would recommend any family or group to stay at Jaliza. We will be back in the Summer for sure. Henry

Great house, clean and kind staff.

We had a great time at the villa. The pool and views were amazing! The house is well stocked and the rooms were well AC'ed. My only advise is to use the driving service. They were fantastic and taxies off the street had problems finding the property.

Villa superbe avec vue imprenable

La villa est luxueuse, les chambres sont immenses, chacune avec une vue mer imprenable. Le service est complet, une manageress à l'écoute, le ménage et les lits faits quotidiennement et que dire des repas que nous avons fait concocter par la Chef Kob qui étaient divins. En ce qui nous concerne, nous avions choisi de lui faire préparer les petits déjeuners et les dîners à la maison, rien à voir avec ce que l'on trouve au restaurant pour un tarif bien plus attractif !!! Notre séjour a été tout simplement fantastique ! Merci

Breathless World Class Villa

Where do i to start. Neil and Jackie were the most pleasant host's i've had the experience of dealing with and the communication was very speedy and helpful. They gave our group of 8 guys a bargain price for such an amazing comfortable and homely villa. On arrival at Koh Samui airport we were greeted by our driver who helped us with our bags and took us swiftly to our villa. (He was very knowledgeable and reliable throughout our whole trip and took us to many activities which we thoroughly enjoyed.) We got to Jaliza and walked through the door and was left breathless, words can't express how beautiful, modern, stylish and clean the villa is. Photo's really don't do the villa justice. The manageress happily welcomed us with chilled water bottles then proceed to give us a tour of the villa, which was enormous, private and had breathtaking views. We were also left with a loaf of bread, milk, juice, fruits etc which was a very nice touch. A mobile phone was given to us by the manageress who said we could use it to call her/the driver etc which was very handy indeed. The infinity pool was world class and the villa was well equipped with a pool table, tv, sound system, board games, leaflets for activities, food menu, iron and a hair dryer in each room which was handy. A maid came daily to clean the villa which was much needed with 8 guys staying there (sorry about the mess) To the Goulds/Mangeress/Driver/Maid thanks for providing us with great hospitality and making our stay in Samui extra special we will definitely be staying there again in the future if we return. Best holiday ever, The Hill Family

My family and I (that's 9 adults) had the most wonderful stay at the most amazing villa you could ever wish to stay at over Christmas and New year. On arrival the manageress greets you and shows you how everything works and gives you a mobile phone with all the numbers In the contacts list that you may need, this was a great help. The villa was spotless and the fridge was stocked up enough until you went shopping the next day which was nice. The location of the villa is fantastic because of the wonderful view you get of the palm trees and ocean. The villa itself was fantastic for just relaxing in and taking in the stunning views. There was plenty to do just a short taxi ride away, things like go-Karting, elephant tracking, quad biking to mention but a few. Chaweng beach was fantastic with the soft sand and if you get chance have your lunch at the art bar which sits right on the beach. I would also recommend that you should go to the fishermen's wharf, the restaurants there are fantastic and the pace of the place is so laid back and chilled, the beach is wonderful and it too has all the jet skies and toys you would expect to see on a beach just like Chaweng beach has. All in all Koh Samui is a fantastic place to holiday with the family and what made our holiday so perfect was the fantastic villa and those wonderful views. Thanks Neil.

This has to be the best private villa in Koh Samui

What an absolute fantastic villa! Beautiful ocean views from all bedrooms, the kitchen and living room. This villa is spotless and has been designed and built to a very high specification – no expense has been spared! A maid attends daily who cleans the villa thoroughly and we employed a chef to cook breakfast for us in the mornings. She would arrive at a time that was convenient to us and would bring all the ingredients required for the breakfast menu we had agreed with her. We also had the option for the chef to prepare lunch and dinner for us. The booking of the villa was very easy and effortless. The villa owner, Neil was very easy to communicate with and was always prompt in replying back to emails and with any questions we had. He was even kind enough to let us check-in early before the permitted time. Transfers to and from the airport were included. Upon arrival to the villa, we were greeted by the villa manageress. She made us feel at home instantly and was very thorough in showing us around and giving us a wealth of information so we would get the most out of our stay. Complimentary fruit, beers and soft drinks were also provided on arrival and a mobile phone is provided so we can contact the villa manageress if we had any questions or problems or if we wanted to contact the driver. The maid also arranged a laundry service for us, which was very convenient. If you are looking for a luxurious private villa with stunning views and in a secluded area, which is not too far from the main town and beach, then Villa Jaliza is the one for you. I will definitely be returning here in the near future. Thank you Neil and please pass on our thanks to the villa manageress and the driver.

Awe Inspiring Thai Getaway

We had a extended weekend trip with a bunch of Friends, we wanted to get out of the city for a while. There was 10 of us and a hotel seemed a bit drab. We wanted a little more freedom and privacy amongst ourselves. We just wanted to write this review as a little thank you to the landlords and the villa manager who really took care of us. We were given the level of service you expect in a hotel but without the intrusiveness. Assistance was only a phone call away. The Villa it's self is an absolute stunner. Placed at the top of the hill the views from the infinity pool was breath taking. The seclusion allowed us the perfect atmosphere to unwind, It only took us 5 minutes to leave the villa and join the hustle and bustle down below. We tended to cook most days as there are markets and western supermarkets near by, when we were feeling lazy we had food delivered to us from the bottom of the hill. This is villa is a great little find and seems to be a little cheaper than the other accommodations around Koh Samui. With 10 people we were entirely comfortable and we are already in the process of planning a yearly trip down there. Looking forward to the villa becoming our home away from home.

Stunning & serene villa, great location & service

We had an exceptional stay here, and it exceeded our expectations by far. Not only is the villa absolutely beautiful -- overlooking the sea, lovely interior design, very clean, well-maintained, new furnishings, great outdoor areas and balconies -- but the location is convenient, very close to Chaweng town, and the service was great. We went on a family trip, 4 adults and one 6-month-old baby (for whom they provided a crib), and we had no hassles, no complaints. The manager of the villa is great, and made sure everything was arranged as needed; drivers for trips around the island, chef to cook a meal for us at the villa one night, and the cleaning service was prompt and thorough with cleaning the apartment every day. There were also helpful things in the villa like a menu for ordering food from a restaurant that knows the location of the villa (which helps a lot, because it's often hard to give exact directions!), maps and pamphlets of things to do on the island, and some fun items like board games and floats for the pool. The pool was also very clean, and a person came every day to clean it and check up on the water. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa -- to families, to large groups of friends, to couples -- it promises not to disappoint.

great, large home for a group.

We had a great time at Neil's place. The place was large enough to accommodate a group of 10-12 and was just really easy for us all to have our own space. Most bedrooms have their own bathroom too. While you can't really walk too easily to most places, cabs are SUPER easy to grab. We also enjoyed the food delivery to the home too. The highlight would be the pool and outdoor area. When we got there, we were greeted and help was sooo easily available to help us get help booking a boat. Thank you for a great stay!

The best accommodation in the world!! Wish I could

We booked this villa as a group of us were travelling to Samui to play golf and to relax. We didn't want a hotel and wanted our own space with magnificent views. If you are looking for a place with the best views on the island and in a quiet location then this villa is for you. It’s so big that it’s hard not to get lost inside. The location is 10 minutes away from Chaweng beach but is very easy to get to in a taxi. Our whole group enjoyed every single bit of the villa which includes its own private pool, pool table, sound system, etc. there is absolutely nothing we could fault with our stay. Amenities wise it has everything you would expect in a 5* hotel with the luxury of the whole villa being yours. The kitchen is clean, modern, fully equipped and spacious which oversees the mind blowing views. Each bedroom has a view of the sea which is the best part of waking up in the morning however the beds are so comfortable that you don’t want to get out of bed. The villa manageress was very useful and warmly welcomed us upon arrival. We were given a tour of the villa and then given a information pack which contains all the information you need during your stay. We were also given a mobile phone with a local number which can be used to order food, call for taxis, get hold of the villa manageress etc. The added bonus is that this is a self-catering villa yet the manageress is only a phone call away if you need anything. The owner Neil is also very pleasant and went out of this way to ensure we had the best possible stay. We booked the villa directly through him and he interacted with us often which you don't get with other bookings. We paid a little extra to get daily maids which I would highly recommend. The information pack contains a menu for a restaurant which we decided to try out. The reviews on trip advisor were good and we can add to them reviews as the food was amazing. I would recommend anyone staying at the villa to try out the food. A welcome pack was also left for us by the manageress that contained all the essentials such as bread, eggs, milk, fruit, drinks etc. we didn't expect this so was really nice to have especially when it included beers :-). We will definitely be coming back here to stay in the future and I would without a doubt recommend this villa to anyone who comes to Samui, it is so much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The only bad point was when we had to leave :-( .

Dope Villa in Samui!!

I didn't want to leave

I loved this villa! It is beautiful and has everything you need including Apple TV!!. Most important for us were the very comfy beds and every room had its own bathroom. I recommend u hire a car as there is a lot to do and see if u decide to leave the luxury of the infinity pool and the magnificent view. Villa Jaliza is close enough to the action and just far enough from the action...perfect. Make sure you visit jungle bar! Kapunka Mr and Mrs G for a fab stay and all your help. We will definitely be back soon

Excellent Villa for family/ group vacation

Villa Jaliza is a stunning villa up on small hill 10minutes away from the koh samui airport , with air conditioning throughout; it is new, huge, well kept and absolutely clean throughout. Our children loved the infinity pool and the magnificent ocean view has to be seen to be believed. The beds were very comfortable and the Villa is equipped with both Wifi and satellite TV, as well as a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The cleaners visited twice in the week to changes linen which was included in the price. The Villa Manageress was so helpful and arranged complimentary collection and drop off to the airport.   Our family chose to stay at the hills of Chaweng Noi to get privacy but a the same time be near enough to the beach, local markets and local sights The villa is amazing, the décor amazing and the open plan kitchen lounge was extremely spacious and comfortable We always felt safe in the gated community which is important. The villa is fantastic, facing the ocean and good value for money. Location is great as it is about 5 mins to Chaweng Beach where all the action is and 7 minutes to the local Tesco, Macro. Other local Grocery stores also available everywhere. yet set back in the lush coconut groves facing the ocean. For a private, relaxing or adventurous holiday on Samui, you can't go wrong here!
