We welcome you to our family house, promise of a pleasant stay in the Breton land. Surrounded by orchards and fields, our stone farmhouse, not ensuite, and beautiful landscaped garden guarantee you calm and authenticity. You will also appreciate its elegant decoration to 'color' of the sea and the comfort of its equipment (tv, wifi, dvd player, dishwasher, washing machine, ...).
Located in a quiet and discreet town that combines farmland and forest (footpaths), the cottage is also a few kilometers from the ocean, several beaches, the island of Bréhat, the coast of pink granite ...

Belle maison

Nous y avons passé un agreable sejour.maison confortable...de tres beaux espace interieur comme exterieur.Jardin tres bien entretenu..maison tres coconing...les literies parfaite.environement tres calme.nous etions a 10 minutes de toutes commoditees et avons pu nous rentre en quelque minutes pour profitez des balades et visites pres de la mer et autre .

Very Good, just a few niggles

The property is well presented and maintained and the propert manager was very friendly and helpful. On the whole we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with only a few areas to spoil it. 1st inspite of the VRBO listing clearly stating that bed linen was included, we ended up having to pay extra for some. 2nd The sofa/bed settee in the living area was probably the most uncomfortable item I've ever experienced 3rd Hot water, with 4 adults in the house it appeared to be very easy to run out of Hot Water due to the time clock set up. 4th a CASH security deposit to be paid on arrival, we knew nothing regarding this and it was lucky we actually had enough cash with us to pay it. The house is in a VERY quiet village we didnt see another living soul in all the time we were there and whilst towns were only a short journey away if you are looking for any kind of entertainment you will have to drive to get there. The area is however absolutely beautiful and we intend to return to visit the places we missed on this visit

Séjour inoubliable

Le gîte était parfait, bien équipé, décoré avec goût, propre et au calme. Cerise sur le kouign amann, la literie est très confortable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et l'échange d'informations sur la location s'est très bien passé. La région est superbe, sauvage et riche en patrimoine historique. Bréhat, Côte de granit rose, Treguier, les château de la roche Jaudy, Paimpol... La liste des balades est longue. Un seul bémol, le séjour était trop court !

Maison sympathique au calme

Très bien accueilli, au calme La maison est superbe avec le chauffage électrique et le feu de bois Pas mal de chose en plus , vélo et accessoire de sport Table de jardin , barbecue ... la liste est longue La chose qu’on peut pas gérer c est le réseau mobile , c est pas top , la box ne fonctionnait pas , ça devrait s arranger , sans wifi C était pas évidant , à part ça. Je recommande à 100%.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette charmante maison, et l’accueil était vraiment très chaleureux de la part de la dame qui nous a remis les clés et nous la remercions. N’hésitez pas à louer cette maison qui est spacieuse et cosy.

Charmante maison typique

Nous avons passés 5 jours dans cette maison nichée dans un petit village typique de Bretagne. Maison très bien équipée, propre et charmante. Le feu de cheminée nous a fait beaucoup de bien après de longues journées de balade. Les enfants étaient ravis de pouvoir utiliser le portique en fin de journée. Maison parfaite pour une famille.

Charmante maison accueillante

Charmante petite maison de campagne avec un grand jardin parfait pour les enfants, au calme et pas très loin de la mer. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour.

Un très bon séjour!

Accueil au top, avec même un sapin décoré près de la cheminée ! Belle maison spacieuse et très bien équipée, y compris et surtout dans la cuisine, importante en cette période de fêtes ! Maison au calme avec un grand jardin, proche de tout : plages, jolis villages, communes un peu plus grandes et commerçantes comme Lannion, saint brieuc, paimpol ou perros guirec par exemple. Quel plaisir de réveillonner avec nos enfants, une bûche dans le poêle à bois ! Nous recommandons cette location, été comme hiver et remercions particulièrement Pascale pour son accueil !

Très agréable maison à Hengoat!

Merci pour ce séjour de quelques jours à Hengoat. La maison, très agréable et simple est conforme au descriptif, au cœur du village et avec un joli jardin. Les enfants ont apprécié! Bon accueil. Et la proximité de la mer, merci pour tout!

Notre sejour etait parfait ... Maison tres agreable, il ne manque rien pour que tout se passe bien. Elle est tres bien située par rapports aux sites touristiques Elle est située dans un village calme et ou il est bon de se ressourcer. Nous sommes libres de tout mouvement sans avoir qui que ce soit sur le dos ... c est comme a la maison mais dans une region formidable A recommander vivement Merci pour cette belle demeure, pleine de charme

Für Ausflüge ideal, gute Ausstattung

Schönes altes Haus, das aber aufgrund dessen auch etwas muffig ist. Prima um Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung zu unternehmen. Leider hatten wir während unseres Aufenthaltes das Pech, dass Bauarbeiten an der Straße durchgeführt wurden und am Ende des Grundstückes ein Steinmetz mit seiner elektrischen Säge eine Skulptur herstellte. Die sonstige beschauliche Ruhe konnten wir also erst ab spät nachmittags genießen. Schöner großer Garten um mit der ganzen Familie z.B. Frisbee zu spielen. Keine Geschäfte im Ort, man braucht ein Auto.
