Kihei Garden Estates #H-203 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the second floor in a great location near the pool. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, fans throughout, 2 flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, telephone service, and free WIFI. There is a laundry room conveniently located just downstairs from the unit entry with coin-operated washer & dryer. The master bedroom is a loft with split system A/C, a ceiling fan, cal-king bed, and full en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has split system A/C, a ceiling fan, 2 twin beds, and a flat-screen TV. There is split system A/C in the living room, along with a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and DVD. For outdoor activities, Kihei Garden Estates #H-203 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Sleeps 4.

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean condo Upstairs room lacked some privacy if not a family stay . Kitchen well stocked. Suggest out place mats on table for guests as took a while to find under tv and we had to buy

Wonderful stay

Very nice 2 floor property. Felt spacious and relaxing. Good central location to travel to other parts of the island. A/C worked well but may need to use the portable fan in the 2nd floor to direct the air towards the bed. Kitchen was well stocked with cups, dishes and utensils. We didn't leave any food out but still saw some tiny bugs on the kitchen counter. Some pots and pans had scratches in them. Overall had a wonderful stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is out favorite place to stay on Maui. This was our fourth time staying at this place, just another condo. Unit H-203 was absolutely excellent! Very clean, beautiful, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were incredibly surprised at how the kitchen was equipped! There was absolutely everything you need to cook food. Just one small nuance.. We didn't find potato masher to make mashed potatoes. Everything else exceeded our expectations. Personally, we did not like the mattress protector upstairs. It was very noisy and created a greenhouse effect, which meant we would constantly wake up terribly sweaty, but we didn't use the air conditioner at night, so we didn't see this as a problem. The most important thing for us was cleanliness and comfort and we were absolutely satisfied. The condo is located in a picturesque place, just one minute from the beach, where turtles come to rest every evening. Just go out onto the beach and walk to the right for about 5-7 minutes until you see a sign explaining how to behave with turtles. They arrive after sunset around 7 pm. Within walking distance from the condo there are shops, restaurants, cafes, a farmers market and even a post office! Be sure to check out Maui Pai bakery, Located in Azeka Shopping Center. The famous Coconut Cafe is also located there. Da Kitchen also good! In short, if you are looking for the perfect place for your vacation, then Kihei Garden Estates is the place for you! Many thanks to the condo owners for the ideal conditions for relaxation! Mahalo!!!

Place was clean enough. Living room furniture could be freshened up. Lots of steps so don't stay here if that is an issue. Check in and everything else was easy and we had enough information to do what we needed to do. Amenities provided were better than expected.

What an amazing property, so spacious, comfortable, modern kitchen, close to everything we needed, we loved this little piece of heaven, when we left to move islands and into different rentals on Kauai and Oahu we missed this place so much as other rentals are so much smaller and not as convenient. This really is a home away from home and the most amazing spot to make your home for a Maui vacation.

Lovely condo

We had such a great time here. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach and market. The property has a shower and hose at the pool to rinse off after the beach. There were puzzles that my boys LOVED. They had boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, sunscreen. So many things were provided. We are sad to be leaving, but hope to be back soon.

By the pool we heard internet platform renters lamenting the state of their condos, but not us. H203 is nicely appointed and comfortable. We liked the area and how close it was to the beach and restaurants and grocery store. The bedroom with twin beds could use a brighter overhead light. We didn’t understand the door would automatically lock at 11:00. We took our first load of suitcases to the car and came back to get the last of our stuff and the door automatically had locked. I called and you were very quick to give us a temporary code. Thank goodness!! Thank you for everything. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Experience

We loved our location. So close to Līpoa Beach, quiet and lovely pool. Removed from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed seeing turtles on the beach and loved the gardens that surrounded our condo. Excellent family holiday spot.

Great stay. Highly recommend. Condo has character. Clean and comfortable. Lanai facing the pool and mountain, for beautiful sunrises. Beach is very close. Pool and hot tub are well maintained by the condo assoc. Has community grills too for grilling dinner. Would stay again!

We had a very comfortable stay at Kihei Garden Estate H203 . The Condo was very well located close to beach and shops and restaurants as well as central to explore all that Maui has to offer . It was also very well appointed lacking for nothing . Very clean . My only complaint and that’s purely personal , is that I didn’t like carpets in bedrooms, living room and balcony . Also the screen should be replace as they’re full of holes and the bathrooms updates are very nice but could use replacing bathtubs to make it completely updated . But again these are purely personal and did not at all affect our visit to your beautiful island . Mahalo

Best equipped place we have ever stayed

Short of a boogy board this place had everything you could possibly need. The grounds were well kept. The barbecue area was well equipped. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The apartment itself was well furnished and included all stainless LG appliances. Was a great stay thank you.
