PET FRIENDLY, BOAT DOCK.Brand new completely renovated duplex on the water w fire pit . BEST LOCATION! in the center of town. 5 minute walk to public beach (we have beach chairs too!) 1 mile to Johns Pass. The backyard is set up like paradise. 2 bedroom, with pullout queen sofa. Full new stainless steel kitchen with dishwasher. Washer, Dryer. All linens, Beach towels, pots, pans, dishes. Temperpedic mattresses.Everything you need for your long or short term vacation. The shared yard has a bbq grill, lounge chairs Firepit & picnic table with tiki umbrella on boat dock. Please let us know if you are bring a boat.

We are a military family, Sabrina is Major currently severing in the U. S Army Reserves. We have a few vacation rentals on the beach and on the water. All of our properties are 5 star and full renovated. They have everything you need for a short or long term vacation. We are always available if you need to get in touch with us.

This property is located in the center of Treasure Island. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach, 1 mile from Johns Pass and Madeira Beach. Close to all. You don’t need a car.
What makes this property unique
The backyard is PARADISE. It has a shared Boat dock, hot tub, firepit, romantic electric fireplace, beach chairs, has everything you need! Just bring your toothbrush. Modern kitchen. Washer and dryer.
