Located 30 minutes from Agadir and 40 minutes from Taroudant, 30 minutes from Agadir airport, in unspoilt countryside, our holiday home (very easily accessible: no track) is an ideal place for lovers of nature. nature and calm that wish to rest and relax with family or friends in peace, among the olive trees and argan trees .Our house is located in the village of Issen with many shops and 7 kilometers from the city of Ouled Tema

Renovated in the tradition by craftsmen with ancestral know-how we have brought all modern comforts (all rooms are air conditioned and have a TV, the large living room is air-conditioned and also equipped with a TV) Keeping the charm and the authenticity of the earthen houses we made a large modern and comfortable villa. It is possible to rent a room from 20 euros per night per person (each room has its own bathroom) or exclusive request on request (from 120 euros per day in low season). Vacationers have access to all parts of the house except rooms they have not reserved. A financial contribution will be requested for the use of certain equipment (eg steam room 15 / day of use) according to the request. Simo, the homeowner's caretaker, maintains the house, welcomes guests and can help them in their day-to-day lives. Towels, sheets and cleaning are included in the price. Meals or breakfasts can be served upon request for participation (it is possible to organize the service of a cook)

Lieu idéal pour visite du sud marocain

La maison est très agréable , c était l hiver nous avons eu quelques problèmes avec L eau chaude et la piscine, dans l ensemble tout s est bien passé! Les chambres sont spacieuse et coquettes . Nous reviendrons ! Le fait que le gardien vienne nous attendre à l aéroport est un plus.

Vacances au calme

Environnement calme et reposant. Chambres propres et spacieuses. Ensemble confortable et très appréciable pour les enfants mais les deux salles de bain à l'étage inutilisables (pas de pression dans les douches, débit et températures très irréguliers... la version marocaine de la douche écossaise).

The worst rental property ever

We had to meet the caretaker in the town and followed him to the property. The caretaker let us all in and started showing us around. At first looks, the property looked ok. My son went into one of the bedrooms and came running out saying that there was a large bug on the wall. I went to investigate and did see the bug. I went and told other family members. They went to look and said it was a cockroach. I showed the caretaker the cockroach and the caretaker admitted that the property had a cockroach infestation. Also upon entering the property, I was told that there was a charge for electricity and that the garbage needed to be taken somewhere off site. None of these things were disclosed before making the reservation. No one wanted to stay at this property for a week with cockroaches! We only stayed overnight at the property. We did find multiple cockroaches and took pictures and videos. The bedroom that I stayed in with my wife had a large cockroach in it the next morning. Yuck! There was no water in the morning - could not flush toilets or take showers. The water did eventually come back right before we left. Also the internet did not work. After conversations with the caretaker and the owner on the evening we arrived after finding the cockroaches and that the family was very unhappy and disgusted, the owner agreed to refund the the reservation. We did receive a refund, but not for the total amount that was paid. I believe that I was charged for 1 night.

An excellent week at Dar Hugo

We had an excellent week at Dar Hugo with our family. A peacefull place to enjoy our family. Simo was always available to assist us. Was definetly a good journey.

Magnifique riad à la campagne !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos 3 enfants. Ils ont pu profiter de la piscine et nous de la tranquillité de la campagne mais pas si loin du centre ville d’Agadir environ 40 min. Un grand merci à Simo qui a su être à l’écoute de chacune de nos demandes tout en restant très discret petit message à lui Darouri !!!

Un Riad magnifique au cœur de la campagne Marocaine

Nous avons passé un super séjour Le Riad est superbe et au calme pour se reposer. La piscine indispensable surtout avec les enfants Nous avons pris la cuisinière Myriem qui nous as régalés avec les différents plat typique du Maroc. Simo le gardien très accueillant et toujours à notre écoute que ça soit pour le taxi ou pour nous amener quand nous en avions besoin Je recommande sans hésitations pour les personnes voulant être au calme de la campagne pour se reposer sachant qu il y a les lieux et villes à voir aux alentours pas très loins et facilement accessible en taxi ou voiture

Havre de paix

Quelques petits couacs au début mais après tant de mois d'inactivité c'est compréhensible. Tout a été réglé très vite par simo. Très réactif et gentil, il est très discret mais toujours la pour vous aider. La villa est encore plus belle en vraie qu'en photo. Piscine au top. Bref nous recommandons le lieu est paisible et la maison confortable.

Des vacances réussies dans une villa magnifique

Nous avons passé la semaine du Nouvel An à 2 familles avec des adolescents à Dar Hugo et nous sommes extrêmement ravis de notre séjour. Lors de la réservation, Yves nous a donné des informations sur les visites à faire. Nous avons été accueillis par Simo le gardien qui s'est montré très discret mais toujours à notre disposition lorsque nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Les enfants ont profité de la grande piscine Suite à notre demande Simo a fait appel a une cuisinière qui nous a préparé de bons plats typiques. Si vous souhaitez passer des vacances reposantes sous le soleil dans un environnement calme alors n'hésitez pas le Dar Hugo est fait pour vous ! Nous reviendrons surement Merci à Simo et à Yves

Wohngemeinschaft mit dem Hausmeister

Wir wollten das Objekt für uns alleine und haben das bei der Buchung auch so vermerkt, was auch bestätigt wurde. Dass wir das Haus dann quasi als Wohngemeinschaft mit dem Hausmeister teilen, war in der Beschreibung des Objekts nicht vermerkt. Als diskret können wir den Mitbewohner leider nicht bezeichnen. Als wir ihn nach ewigen Diskussionen wiederholt gebeten haben die Küche sauber zu hinterlassen und sie dann zu verlassen, weil wir jetzt gerade das Frühstück für unsere Kinder zubereiten, wurden wir mit Rassismusvorwürfen eingedeckt. Danach hat sich dann der Besitzer des Hauses gemeldet und wurde am Telefon und schriftlich ausfällig. Fazit: sehr unprofessionell geführtes Haus in einer unattraktiven Gegend im Hinterland von Agadir.

Un petit paradis

Merci tout d'abord à Simo qui fait tout pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous. La maison est magnifique, le lieu calme. Idéal pour se ressourcer et se reposer. Mais nous avons aussi pu visiter les alentours. Nous reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir.

Séjours formidable on se font dans le décors avec une villa aussi sublime .

On ne s'attendait pas à voir une aussi belle villa qui est pourtant faite avec l'architecture ancienne, je suis ravie de voir que quelqu'un a eu l'ingéniosité de marier le moderne et a une construction local moi qui d'origine berbère je suis plus que heureux de passer un séjours dans votre villa et l'accueil était parfait. BRAVO ET MERCI

Vacances reposantes dans un cadre agréable

Nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances. Simo est très discret et pourtant à l'écoute si nous avions besoin de renseignements ou autres. Le riad est bien situé pas très loin d'une petite ville où nous trouvions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Et la ville d'Agadir se trouve à 40 mn du riad. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans ce lieu charmant.

Séjour parfait

Maison très agréable, au cœur d’un petit village calme et reposant. Accueil parfait de la part de Simo le gardien qui a su être aux petits soins pour nous chaque jours et en toute discrétion. Maison et piscine très bien entretenues. Je recommande vivement.

Très agréable séjour dans ce lieu idyllique et tranquille, entre Agadir et Taroudant.

Accueil de qualité de la part de Simo qui s'occupe du riad, prend bien soin des clients et de leur confort . Contact fort sympathique avec Yves, propriétaire de ce beau lieu. Après un séjour de trois mois, j'ai été ravi d''y séjourner et recommande cet endroit qui est dans un bel écrin arboré.Gilles

magnifique riad, lieu calme et reposant...

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, avec nos 3 enfants, dans cette très belle maison alliant modernité et authenticité de l'artisanat marocain. le lieu est très calme, en dehors des centre villes bruyant. La maison est propre, spacieuse et très bien entretenu. Nous avons pu louer le riad en exclusivité ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la maison, piscine, jardin, etc... Nous avons aussi été très bien accueilli par Simo (le gardien) qui été à notre écoute à chaque demande et qui s'est rendu disponible a toute heure, tout en restant très discret. Je conseille vivement cette location pour passer de belles vacances en famille. A refaire pour nous sans hésiter...
