ENVIRONMENT :
The apartment is in a gated community located in the center of the beach of San Juan , with the largest area (50,000 square meters), with promenades, plazas, several playgrounds and gardens very large and consolidated and grass throughout the compound . There are 2 large pools , bar/restaurant , soccer , basketball , gym , volleyball, 3 tennis courts, 2 squash courts , etc…
Located along shopping and entertainment area and 300 meters from the beach of San Juan. There are 3 janitors and security guard at night. Location : Center of the San Juan Beach - Private Garden Beach (Between Avenues Santander , San Sebastian , Netherlands and Brussels ) . Access to housing and garages are adapted for the disabled. WiFi Internet fiber optics in the apartment.

Around the complex there are all kinds of services , shops of all kinds , summer cinema , pubs , restaurants, cafes , parks , besides the beach boardwalk, water activities and entertainment . At 500 meters there is an international golf course 'Alicante Golf' designed by Severiano Ballesteros.
