About this property

House of the 80s completely renovated and air conditioned with a private garden, a swimming pool 8m x 4 fenced and WIFI. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and all small appliances necessary equipment (toaster, coffee pod, kettle etc ...). There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with 1 bed 140 x 190 cm and in the other bedroom 2 beds 90 x 190 cm. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms each with a bed 140 x 190 cm. The ground floor is equipped with a bathroom with bath and shower and a bathroom with shower and toilet. You will also find separate toilets.
The property is located in a quiet subdivision 5 km from the beach of Especier, 2 km from a recreation base with acrobranches, paintball and toropiscine for the bravest. You will find the seaside resort of Mimizan-beach with its restaurants, bars and shops at 15 minutes. The house has a WIFI connection.

Has Ferienhaus von Kim ist sehr schön, mit allem ausgestattet, liegt sehr ruhig, man schnell an vers

Es waren wunderschöne zwei Wochen! Auch unser Hund 🐕 war sehr willkommen und konnte sich im umzäunten Garten frei bewegen.

Super schönes Ferienhaus.

Es war alles genau wie beschrieben. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt und der Pool ist einfach spitze. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und uns 14 Tage super erholen können. Danke Kim😊

Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Trotz des wechselhaften Wetters mit einigen Regentagen haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus war prima eingerichtet und uns fehlte es an nichts. Der nächste Strand war sehr schön und meist fast leer. Wir und unsere 2 Hunde hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit.

schönes Haus mit Pool

Schönes Haus mit Pool, ideal für Familien, ca 10 min mit dem Auto zum Strand. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter, die sich um alles gekümmert haben. Leider liegt das Objekt etwas ausserhalb, sodas man oft mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Bas selber besteht eigentlich nur aus einem "Mini Supermarkt". Dafür ist es Abends aber sehr ruhig.

Entspannter Urlaub mit allen Annehmlichkeiten

Sehr entspannt, alles unkompliziert und schön. Sehr großes Haus, komplett eingezäunter Garten und Terrasse, Hund kann sich frei auf dem Grundstück bewegen. Nette Nachbarschaft, fußläufig kleine sehr gute Bäckerei. Toller Strand 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.

Sommerurlaub

Es waren zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Bias. Tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht, viel Platz für die Kinder, toller Pool mit Salzwasser, sehr sauber und eine super nette Vermieterin. Danke dir Kim! Beeindruckt hat uns der Atlantik und die Sanddünen, egal zu welcher Tagesszeit war immer Platz für alle und schöne Muscheln zum sammeln.

Traumhaft

Wir durften 2 Wochen in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verleben und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Pool und Garten sind einfach traumhaft schön. Die Lage ist perfekt, zum Strand ist es nah und einen Bäcker gibt es in fußläufiger Nähe. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich mit einem netten Präsent empfangen und die Abwicklung lief problemlos. Ein Urlaub, an den wir uns sehr gern zurückerinnern.

Jederzeit wieder - großartig!

Ein toller ruhiger Urlaub in einem sehr gemütlichen und super ausgestatteten Haus! Es fehlte nichts und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war hervorragend. Ein großer Garten, der auch ideal für unseren Hund war und eine sehr nette Nachbarschaft.

Juste magique

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire qui du reste est très gentille. La maison est magnifique, il y a assez de place pour 8 personnes. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine qui est parfaite. Le village de Bias est très calme, parfait pour se reposer. En moins de 10 minutes, on a accès à l’océan et les magnifiques dunes de sable. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison pour vos futures vacances. Un grand merci à la propriétaire.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir (Familie mit Kind) haben hier 2 Wochen im Juli eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Der Strand ist in 5- 10 Fahrminuten schnell zu erreichen. Es ist dort nicht überlaufen, aber trotzdem ein bewachter Strand. Der Ort Bias ist sehr klein und das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist perfekt. Es hat uns nichts fehlt. Geschirr ist mehr vorhanden als man benutzen kann. Auch sind sehr viele Haushaltsgeräte vorhanden. Der Pool ist riesig und wir hatten viel Spaß. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig. Also genug Platz um auch Koffer , Einkäufe usw.. "verschwinden" zu lassen. Im Wintergarten kann man auch bei Regen -fast- draußen sitzen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen.

An excellent holiday

Everything was very good at the house - we had all that was needed for a super family holiday. Kim was very friendly and helpful and had kindly organised a special cot and baby bath for our 6 week old grandson. Everything was very clean. The pool was excellent (wonderful to be heated) and the air-conditioning was invaluable. The nearby beaches and lake at Bicarrosse were delightful. All in all we would highly recommend this property

Très belle location dans un cadre magnifique

Maison superbe, très propre à notre arrivée et bien équipée. La piscine est un atout supplémentaire et est bien sécurisée. Tout est fait pour passé un excellent séjour. Bien située et au calme dans un petit village proche de Mimizan (accès facile pour des balades en forêt, pour profiter de la plage, pour des activités nautiques et pour la découverte de l'histoire des landes). Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles si besoin. Nous avons d'agréables vacances.

Einfach toll!!!

Wir haben uns fast wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön, toller Strand, sehr nette Vermieter. Unsere beiden spanischen Windhunde haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes und komfortables Haus

Wir haben zu viert wunderschöne Freien in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist gepflegt, ebenso wie der Pool. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen.
