Great Time
Came with family for a softball tournament. The back patio was so worth the stay. We sat and watched the golfers in the morning till afternoon. The house was very clean and the host was very responsive. Would stay again.

Golf trip
The house was a perfect spot our our golf getaway. Great neighborhood and close to soap lake for a little cool off spot. The Mariner games on the covered deck was a great way to cap off the night! It was perfect.

Neat area! The place was as advertised - clean, quaint, and comfortable! The area was great with awesome choices for food. We played 27 holes of golf and took a nice hike nearby. Good times!

House on the golf course
My husband and I and three of our glider pilot friends rented the house as a base for flying out of the Ephrata airport. Getting a good nights sleep and a comfortable place to return shower up and relax at the end of the day were paramount. The beds were very comfortable and bedroom windows had screens for great cross ventilation at night. Loved the towels. The open living room and kitchen were lovely and opened onto a large deck in the back where we enjoyed morning coffee and relaxed in the evenings. So convenient to have washer and dryer available. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Great experience
This was a great first experience staying at a Vrbo! Our host was great & so was the place. There was more than enough room for our family & a few extended family. Loved the kitchen & location! It was so close to where we wanted to go. The only negative was the weather - 108 degrees, making the wall AC unit really struggle to cool the house. We think under normal circumstances, it would have been fine. A big thank you!

Spacious home on golf course!
We had such a great week at this spacious & well equipped vacation rental in a nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood! The home is located on a huge grassy lot on the 4th hole of Lakeview Golf Course and truly had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was well stocked & the BBQ outside is a big, fancy one! All furniture throughout the home (beds, chairs, sofas, ottoman, bar stools, outdoor seating) was very comfortable. There’s even a cool movie/game room off of the kitchen/dining area/living room with tons of seating! We especially loved the back patio and spent a lot of time outside, in the mornings & evenings when it was cooler, relaxing, reading, chatting, enjoying the TV, & watching golfers pass by. (If you plan to golf - the golf course is open to the public, is in great shape, & we were able to easily get a weekend morning tee time.) There is a lot of outdoor yard space, too, if you have kids who like to run around and/or are into playing yard games! The owner was great to work with and always responded quickly to questions. There are many lakes great for swimming, floating, kayaking, boating, fishing within an hours drive that we took advantage of - Sun Lakes State Park, Soap Lake, Moses Lake, Potholes (ask at the guard shack at Potholes State Park for directions to a nicer swimming area - the park really only has a good boat launch area), & our favorite was Banks Lake & Steamboat Rock State Park. My only recommendation to future visitors is to consider bringing small fans for the bedrooms if you visit during the warmer summer months. The A/C keeps the main part of the house nice & cool & there is a big fan to blow air down the hallway, but it’s a little loud, so we turned it off at night & used our own fans we brought, which kept us comfortable. The inside of the house was very clean & nicely decorated. The outside of the house could use a little sweeping off of the bugs & cobwebs. More details about things to do before checking out would be helpful to include in the information binder - start a load of laundry? Run the dishwasher? Strip the beds? We did some of these things, but weren’t sure if we should do more or not. Overall, we had such a nice week visiting this area & staying at this vacation rental. We would definitely return & recommend to others! Thank you!

Jeanell was such a wonderful host! She was extremely accommodating and made some great recommendations for us. It was a perfect house near the Gorge Amphitheater to share with friends. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great getaway, but still close to town.
Our stay was amazing; the house is close to Soap Lake, Ephrata and Moses Lake, so we were able to dip into town whenever we wanted. It was great to have the feeling of being away from things while still being close enough to enjoy all the area's amenities. Highly recommend that you stay here when you're visiting the area.

Great house...especially if you are a golfer.
Nice comfortable house. Nicely decorated and well stocked. The large entertainment room could use better lighting. The information book on the kitchen counter should have some check-out instructions to help guests know what they should do with used linens, what to clean, etc. We tried to leave the house as we found it and piled used linens in the laundry room. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay!

Best value and great space
We needed a place for 6 moms for the weekend so we could attend a show at The Gorge. Easy drive to and from the show. Lots of space inside with 3 bedrooms and 2 giant, comfortable couches to sleep on. This had THE best stocked kitchen we've ever experienced. The back patio with the 2 ceiling fans was the best place to enjoy our morning coffee and evening wine. Beds were 100% comfortable. Due to the time of year we stayed, the outside of the house could have used a spray down to reduce/clear out the significant number of cobwebs, bit tis the season. The decor is not modern, but homey and everything is clean and comfortable. Each of us would return with our families and explore the area more.

Our second stay was great!!
We stayed here last year and came back again for a short get away trip this year as well! We got in a round of golf and fully enjoyed the back patio again which is definitely our favorite part! House is well stocked, comfortable, and the host is very quick with communication!
