Spent a quick night here for a girls trip to do some antiquing. The location was fantastic! The downtown area is so cute and filled with tons of restaurants & shops. I felt like one night was not enough. The space was very (VERY!) clean and homey. Lots of natural light and overall quiet, even for being in a downtown area. Would stay here again if in the area!
Great location and place. Very clean and well stocked. My only negative feedback is internet didn’t work even after contact with property owner. Overall great and we will be back.
This was a wonderful loft. It was exactly as expected. It had so much charm and was very comfortable. It was close to restaurants and shopping within walking distance. My husband and I had a great time just relaxing and recharging from regular life. This was a great place to stay.
We really enjoyed our stay in Cookeville! We loved that you could walk to the nearby shops and restaurants with ease. The property was decorated nicely and functional for our weekend visit. The only complaint I would have is that the towels and wash cloths weren’t very fresh. They had an unpleasant smell. One of the wash cloths had what looked like a large makeup stain or something on it. Aside from that we really enjoyed the space! Thank you for a cute and affordable option!
All was great and manager fixed a few very small issues right away. Really enjoyed the location with much within walking distance. Would stay again if returning to area again.
We stayed at this location because of it's walkability to old town Cookeville and it did not disappoint! Wonderful location, close to all of the shops and restaurants!
This was such a fantastic little place. Exactly as pictured, big enough that it felt like a true hole away from home, but small enough that it was romantic and quaint. The bars/restaurants right around the corner were so fun! Live music, unique brewery with awesome outdoor vibe, and a pizza truck that is donation only!? Wouod coke back for sure! My favorite part, being 20 minutes from Cummins falls.... DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS WATERFALL FOLKS! It was absolutely incredible!
This is a superbly designed and furnished VRBO, in a location that is convenient to many eateries and pubs, parks that are at the center of Cookville. Most highly recommended.
Great place . Walking distance to many places to eat and shop. This was our second time to stay in this place.
