We enjoyed our stay in the tiny home. It was quaint and even in a small space, had everything we needed. Location was good as it was only 25 minutes from the ski area. I would recommend the experience.
Extremely comfortable tiny cabin, feet away from a forest service road and access by foot into the mountains. Delicious coffee shop next door. Wildly friendly people every time you turn around.
We had a lovely experience staying in a Tiny Home for the first time. Great location. Everyone at the Resort were very helpful and respectful! We will definitely come back and will definitely recommend it.
Southfork is my favorite place in the world, I’ve always stayed at fun valley ( a little campground outside of town) but this year it was booked full so we found tiny Timbers, it was a very cute tiny house village, I was a little bummed out by the traffic noise, the mountains aren’t supposed to be constantly noisy, but hey I can’t always get everything I want. The tiny houses were clean and suited us well for the week, the coffee shop was very nice, I wish they had more of a park feel, so we didn’t always have to go into town to do things, and also I wish they had a place to do laundry, we had to drive into town to wash clothes but other than that it was a fantastic place to stay!
Very Nice cabin! A bit small for a 60+, 6'1" guy, but what we expected. The loft was a bit of a challenge for us "Seniors" but we're pretty active, so not a show stopper. My wife thought it was cute! Love South Fork area so we will be back!

Fine for the price
Difficult to find the property in the dark, lots of flies and spiders, bed was really hard
This was the perfect space and location for us to come and go from while exploring the area!
The cabin was just as we imagined! Such a perfect layout and it had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! We loved the fact that we could ride so many trails up and around Del Norte right behind our cabin. It was great not having to trailer our ATV every day. I loved coffee and pumpkin bread from the coffee shop and Andy is really missing those breakfast burritos! We honestly had a great time at Tiny Timbers and South Fork. Until next time... :)

Our stay at Tiny Timbers
Cute space, however, lots of traffic noice. There were a few cob webs and the trash bin was difficult to open and when we did get it open, it was full from previous occupants.
The Tiny Homes are very impressive and come with every necessity such as an air conditioning unit, heater, small fridge, stovetop, running water.
10/10 experience. Four people can stay in the home, however, it would be a little tight given the amount of room. Two people fit perfectly.
We definitely enjoyed our stay at the Tiny House in South Fork! The space is clean and modern, and was a great first impression of tiny house living. It is a close drive to Creede and Wolf Creek Ski Area, and it is nice having a coffee shop right outside your door.
The host was great at communication, and check in / out was a breeze.
My boyfriend and myself stayed here two nights for a ski trip to Wolf Creek. We absolutely loved it! The towels were soft and fluffy, the shower was hot (perfect after a day of skiing), and the entire place was so cozy. I highly recommend this spot!
Cheryl was great to work with. She was very responsive to emails and questions before our stay. During our stay we had a small issue with a water leak and once again Cheryl was great with communicating and addressing the problem.

Why they chose this property
We purchased this beautiful property in 2016. Our first project was the 1933 log cabin, which was completely restored and is gorgeous! Next we remodeled the lodge and opened Tiny Timbers Coffee Bistro. The coffee bistro serves coffee authentic Italian style, as well as breakfast and lunch. Most items are made from scratch!
Finally we have finished four of the tiny homes and will begin renting those May1, 2019. More tiny homes on foundations are coming as well as a fire pit, kids playground, horseshoes and other recreation.
What makes this property unique
On-site coffee bistro and easy Hwy 160 access!
