About this property

As of January 2023: Available to rent for 90+ day stays from September - May.
Many great amenities here, including lake access, sunset views, large master bedroom suite, laundry room upstairs, carpeted bedrooms, and high-speed wifi.
The garage is included, with 2 bays for your use. The paved driveway is level and great for kids to play in, ride bikes, etc.
The location is convenient - mid-way between Waterville and Augusta. You can drive to town in 17-20 minutes for restaurants, groceries, and entertainment, or to get on the interstate in either direction. Much less driving than if you stay on the other side of the lake.
We built this home in 2006 and lived it in full-time until 2019. Now it's our summer home. We know you'll enjoy it as much as we do!
