House extremely close to the coast. It enjoys absolutely magnificent views from the far north to the far south of the island. There is a sea view from every window of the house offering a permanent spectacle.

The house, with an area of approximately 151 m2, was designed with the aim of maximizing its views of the sea.

10 minutes will be enough to get your bread by bike with the pleasure of crossing the Vauban citadel.

The charm of this house is its location at the extreme Pointe de Taillefer with a feeling of "end of the world" while being located 2 km from the Palace (main town with all shops).

la maison est magnifiquement située, un bonheur pour les yeux et avec un accès immédiat au sentier côtier et des randonnées inoubliables par tous les temps.Endroit idéal pour un séjour avec un groupe d'amis à occupations multiples. La maison est bien équipée, facilite à la fois la cohabitation avec possibilité d'isolement et permet la convivialité autour des repas à prendre,dre en commun par exemple. L'accueil de la jeune femme qui assure le suivi, Hélène, est à la fois discret et efficace. Nous n'attendons qu'une chose : avoir le plaisir d'y retourner!

Maison Vue mer

Un excellent séjour, sous le soleil de Belle Ile :-), dans une très belle maison, avec une vue mer de toute beauté. Nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse. Ces 15 jours nous ont permis de faire presque tout le tour de l'Ile à pied sur le GR34, une expérience incroyable. Nous reviendrons certainement ! Merci pour tout

La perfection sur Belle Ile

Après 6 précédents séjours sur différentes parties de Belle Ile, nous avons trouvé la perfection tant au niveau de l'emplacement que de l'hébergement. D'après ce que nous avons vu, il n'y a pas de meilleur emplacement sur l'île. La propriété et la maison elle-même offrent une vue imprenable sur la côte ouest après Sauzan, a travers la mer jusqu'au continent et à l'est sur la côte nord bien après Le Palais. Même au milieu de la récente vague de chaleur, il y avait presque toujours une brise fraîche (particulièrement bienvenue la nuit) car l'océan est immédiatement adjacent à la propriété. La maison est moderne, solide et bien entretenue. L'aménagement est superbe, offrant une intimité s'il y a plusieurs occupants. Il n'y a pas de voisins immédiats, le plus proche étant à au moins 100 mètres. Le sentier côtier passe juste à côté de la propriété, mais il est beaucoup moins utilisé que tous les autres sur lesquels nous avons parcouru l'île. Et pour rendre les choses encore meilleures, les propriétaires ont un agent local (Anna) qui, en plus de fournir une superbe orientation à la propriété, est incroyablement aimable et gracieuse pour tous les questions qui peuvent se poser. Nous avons hésité à laisser une critique positive car cela pourrait nuire à nos chances de pouvoir louer la propriété à notre retour à Belle Ile. Mais, dans l'ensemble, la propriété est trop spéciale pour ne pas être appréciée par d'autres attirés par la magnifique beauté de Belle Ile. Doug et Judith, Le 7 au 19 juin, 2022 After 6 previous stays on various parts of Belle Ile, we have found perfection both in terms of location and accommodation. From what we have seen there is no better location on the island. The property, and the house itself, offer stunning views down the west coast past Sauzan, across the water to the mainland, and to the east down the north coast well past Le Palais. Even in the midst of the recent heat wave there was almost always a cool breeze (especially welcome at night) as the ocean is immediately adjacent to the property. The house is modern, solid and well-maintained. The layout is superb, offering privacy if there are several occupants. There are no immediate neighbours, the closest being at least 100 meters away. The coastal path runs right by the property, but it is used far less than all of the others we have hiked on around the island. On aurait tant aimé qu’on nous annonce un confinement pour qu’on puisse rester dans cette maison, idéalement située, elle a tout pour plaire, une vue à couper le souffle, la mer devant, la Mer derrière, la Mer sur le Côté, endroit très très calme Rien ne manque, 4 chambres 3 salles de bains, une cheminée, un poêle, une enceinte Bluetooth, Bref, vous avez trouvé votre location de vacances, ne cherchez plus ! Superbe séjour sur Belle île

Magnifique maison fidèle à la description. Tout est mis à disposition. On se sent facilement chez soi. Localisation idéale pour randonner ce que nous avons fait 5 jours sur 7 et profiter de l’océan. Très proche du Palais. Protocole sanitaire vs Covid assuré pleinement grâce à Anna qui désinfecte tout de fond en comble avant votre arrivée.
