Villa with private pool for 10 people near the sea
Magnificent new house located in the Testa district, in a quiet location in Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio, comprising:
1 large living room (kitchen, living room, dining room), 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and one bedroom with 4 bunk beds), two bathrooms (Italian showers 160 X 90), two WCs. Outside, you will of course have a private swimming pool (7.5m X 3.5m X 1.5m) on the terrace, deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue and a table with 10 chairs.
Private parking is at your disposal.
Large screen TV (107cm) and wifi available.
You can reach the beach of Vardiola (less crowded than that of Pinarello) which is only 1km in a few minutes on foot. The center of Ste Lucie with restaurants, and shops (bakery, supermarket, ...) is 4 km away.
Also nearby, the Cavu river offers you its many natural pools as well as the possibility of many hikes (all levels) in its valley (San Martinu)
Prices include sheets, towels and taxes included.
Final cleaning is optional (100 €)
Rental all year round, from Saturday to Saturday (arrangements possible depending on the season and availability).
Security deposit on arrival (check not cashed, transfer or cash): € 1,000
