Rent beautiful villa + pool in Somone - Saly - SENEGAL

Rent a beautiful villa in a quiet location, outside the residence, very clean.
Painting, furniture, fridge, TV, washing machine, air conditioning ... new.
Large swimming pool (4m x 8m) in a large mature garden (mango, lemon, soursop, coconut trees) surrounded by bougainvilleas.
House located in La Somone, 5 minutes walk from the beach, a supermarket, nice restaurant, pizzeria, town hall ...
10 minutes by car (or taxi) from Saly with its many restaurants, nightclubs, supermarkets, bars and its casino.
A caretaker is on site (independent studio), he can inform you and give you a lot of nice information.

We installed a wifi box, card to buy on site (10,000 CFA francs), very easy to find (the caretaker can take care of it).

Possibility to pick you up at the airport, to be paid directly on site with the caretaker 30,000 CFA Francs (notify us before).

For Electricity, it is to be paid in addition, (in cash, in CFA Francs) at the end of the stay (for long stays at the end of each month):

The rental was clean and the guard and maid were efficient. It would have been nice to have at least one small pot for cooking and a decent larger cutting knife for the kitchen. We enjoyed the pool very much. We had to have the guard come into to town to meet us as it was very difficult to find the place the first time via Google Maps.

Maison la somone

Pas d adresse a la somone, on a tourné pendant 45 mn. A l arrivée, pas de draps, maison sale, juste une serviette chacun, très peu de vaisselle, et en plus très sale. Casseroles hors d usage, très abîmée, beaucoup de coupures d électricité, et donc pas d eau, pas de produit d entretien. On m a demandé 30 euros d électricité, alors que je ' ai rien allumé, on m a juste dit "et la pompe de la piscine, elle consomme!!!" C est une honte. Les blancs sont plumés jusqu a l os

Petite maison pour un grand plaisir

Maison très agréable, un peu a l’écart (15 mn a pied ) du centre de la somone, mais avec des petits commerçants juste a cote (très pratique). La maison est très agréable avec un jardin arborés et une piscine très bien entretenue. il y a dans la maison 2 chambres avec de très bons matelas. La cuisine est assez bien pour des vacances (manque peut être un four). Salle de bain fonctionnelle avec un très bon débit d'eau dans la douche. Une mention spéciale a Alpha (le gardien et le superviseur), par sa gentillesse et sa discrétion, ainsi qu'a Marie Angèle (la dame qui s'occupe de la maison) la plage de la lagune peut être atteinte a pied (25mn mais plus facile en voiture 10mn). Saly n'est qu'a 25mn (voiture). Sonia la propriétaire est facilement joignable et très réactive. bref de très bonne vacances. Voila maison ou je reviendrais avec grand plaisir. Christian

Charmante maison dans un quartier calme

Maison tres propre jardin fleuri et piscine très agréables, dans un quartier calme. Saliou , le gardien, se montre très disponible. De même que la personne qui veille à l' entretien. Seule la qualité des matelas nous a déçus. Je recommande cette location bien volontiers.

Agréable maison

Située dans un quartier calme, au milieu de la population locale non loin du centre du village ( marche, restaurants) cette maison est conforme à l annonce. Son jardin et sa piscine permettent de se reposer agréablement. Saliou le gardien est vraiment une personne serviable, répondant à toutes sollicitations. Et avec lequel il est agréable de discuter. Très bon séjour en ce lieu.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette agréable villa. Belle piscine et bien entretenue.Le quartier est calme .Quelques petits soucis d’électricité mais ça fait aussi partie du charme du Sénégal. Le ++++ de la maison, c’est Saliou ( le gardien),c’est un jeune homme adorable, qui donne de bons conseils et qui est toujours prêt à nous rendre service, on peut avoir une totale confiance en lui . Merci encore Saliou 😉

Maison sympas de l’extérieur

Maison sympas avec sa piscine Bonne accueil du gardien Les lits ne sont pas confortables Clim ne fonctionne pas L’arrivé d’eau salée La femme de ménage et venu une seule fois tout le long de notre séjour de 6 jour. La localisation de la maison est à proximité tout en voiture a prévois pour bien profité.

Tres bonne prestation Saliou le gardien est vraiment sympa et disponible J'y reviendrai lors de mon prochain voyage au Senegal Peut etre un manque d'eau dans la piscine et un pisciniste trop peut present mais c'est le seul petit soucis a reprendre au plus vite pour que tout soit parfait

Nous avons passé un sejour tres agreable dans la villa, l’emplacement n’est vraiment pas mal, calme, tranquille et pratique lorsqu’on a besoin des commerces ou d’aller sur Saly. Saliou, le gardien est d’une assistance infaillible egalement. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.
