Located in the charming village of Sotta offering all the amenities (supermarket, delicatessen, cafe, restaurant), you will be quiet, 10 minutes from the bustling cities of Porto-Vecchio and Bonifacio.

The house opens onto a large living room, a dining room and its kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms which share a shower room and toilet.
The dining room serves the summer kitchen around a barbecue while the living room opens onto a patio and the pool area.
The garden, completely enclosed with automatic gate, is planted with maquis species, it offers different relaxation areas, shaded or not.

Practical information :
Fully air-conditioned house.
The kitchen: fully equipped (built-in oven, hob, extractor, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave).
Closed laundry room.
Bedding:
Bedroom 1: 160 cm bed, built-in cupboards.
Bedroom 2: 3 90 cm beds (including 1 trundle), built-in cupboards.
The swimming pool: 6X3 meters, ipe terrace, deckchairs.

End of stay cleaning not included and payable locally (120 euros)
Bed and bathroom linen: 20 euros (for 2 people in a large bed) and 10 euros per small bed.
Pets on request.

A deposit in the amount of 1000 euros will be requested on the day of arrival on site (By Check) and will be returned to you, on the day of your departure, (subject to possible damage).
