We loved loved loved this house, got home today and we are still talking about the fabulous time we had and plan to go next summer as well. Everything was perfect at the house, the weather was great and the WIN at the track had to be beginners luck. The house is convenient to everything, nicely decorated and perfect for our 3 day stay. Saratoa Racing weekend

Excellent accommodations. Quiet neighborhood. Lovely decor and comfortable beds and linens. Bathroom immaculate and updated. Very pleased and would definitely return. Found two new pubs walking distance that were new to us and we loved them both.

Cozy and adorable

This property was perfect for our needs during a weekend trip for a wedding. The outdoor space is inviting and the downstairs bar is cozy. It was well stocked and I wish I had stayed another day! I look forward to returning!

A true “find” in Saratoga

Great Place!

Wonderful remodeled place....deck out back is awesome...kitchen remodeled with everything you need...i use VBRO a lot and was impressed with the fully stocked kitchen (besides actual food!)....cute bar down in the basement....it was warm out and the central air did not disappoint! Definitly will be back!

Absolute Gem!

If you are looking for the perfect property to stay for a weekend getaway...look no further. This was beyond our expectations!! Lynn and Tim brought every detail into their property and are what hosts are all about. Super clean, ample supplies and amenities, Backyard oasis. and attention to all the little details. Perfect location, close to everything in Saratoga and we cannot wait to come back again!

Cozy and comfortable home

This cottage is in a great location close to the Beekman Arts District and downtown. It features comfortable beds with nice linens, a full kitchen with good quality utensils and (a rarity for VRBO rentals) a sharp set of kitchen knives! We stayed during the Saratoga Jazz Festival and found it delightful in every way.

Another amazing girls weekend

This was our second year in a row renting this perfect house!! We do a girls spa weekend every year and this home is in the perfect location! Walking distance to everything you may want to visit while in Saratoga. Less than a mile to Broadway. The house is so clean, well equipped, the yard is outstanding (amazing lawn!! Well maintained) and our favorite place to have cocktails around the firepit after our spa day! And the owners are so gracious, super responsive and it’s clear they take great pride in their home. We look forward to coming back again next year!! Thank you to Lynn and Tim!

Cute place. Quiet neighborhood, surrounded by residences. Owners were nice and communicated well. Though this location is more on the outskirts of downtown. You're about a 20 min walk to where all the heavy action is on Broadway.

Wonderful property!

This was a great property and location for my friend and I to spend the weekend in Saratoga Springs. Check-in was easy and the house had everything we needed, including multiple ways to make coffee. It is a small house, but was great for the two of us. The back yard was beautiful. The listing did indicate that there was a hot tub, but the owners quickly updated the listing when I started asking about the hot tub as that amenity was listed in error. Quiet street and neighborhood. Would definitely return in the future.

Immaculate home near city center and SPAC, where we attended concert and went hiking. Owners provided complimentary bottle of wine and water. Highly recommend this rental.

We come every year to see the NYC ballet. Saratoga Springs never disappoints. We wish the ballet stayed longer as it did in the past. House we stayed in was great, conveniently located, clean and host was accommodating.

Love that we can walk to the Art District and Broadway with little or no effort. Uber and Lyft very cheap!!!! Something always going on in Saratoga
