You will receive your check-in instructions with your final payment (about 30 days prior to your stay) and in there, you will find the bed sizes along with directions for ordering the linen package if you do not wish to bring your own.

This home has many recent updates including the addition of new furnishings, TV's, counter tops, painted cabinets and floors. It features a full kitchen with everything you need to cook some money saving meals at home. There is a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, TVs in every room and of course free WI-FI. There is a first-floor bedroom with a Queen bed. The primary suite is upstairs and also has a Queen. The third bedroom, also located on the second floor, has a Twin over Twin bunkbed and an additional Twin bed (updated since listing photos were taken.) A Double sleeper sofa is in the living room. This 2-level home gives you plenty of room to spread out and sports 2 balconies for taking in those ocean breezes!

Centrally located on 75th street, this home offers convenient access to all that Ocean City has to offer including access to route 90 for trips to West OC, Berlin and Salisbury. There are many great restaurants/bars, miniature golf, go-carts, paddle boards and jets skis located in walking distance or just a short drive away.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Linen & Towel Rental available upon request or guests can bring their own.
* Two parking spots are provided; parking is in a covered garage.
* Outdoor shower
* Quick access to the beach. Owner has provided beach chairs for guest use.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This home is on 75th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Great location

We Had our teenage kids and it was perfect distance to the beach and centrally located. Well kept place and I appreciate the noise machines in the bedrooms and that hand soaps and shampoos were available to use.

Awesome location

Our entire family loved the location of this property. The balcony was great. We definitely enjoyed sitting outside together. We were also very close to many great restaurants and amenities. The main living area was alittle small but would definitely consider staying in this property again.

Nice place to stay worked out well.

Needed a place to stay for a few days and was able to rent this place last minute. Close to the beach and found a new place to eat right across the street at Saltwater 75.

Great time in OC!

Thie location and amenities had everything our family needed. So close to beach access and the two levels were perfect for my husband and I with four teenage girl’s! Already talking about booking again next year!

Perfect location, 1/2 block from the beach, 2 parking spots! Quality beach chairs and umbrella for use. My only complaint not really a complaint is the softness of the bed. Soft is not my preference. Will consider again for next year!

Property as advertised

The proper is in a great location and as advertised. The electronic door lock is a great idea and was the best “check in” process. Unit was clean and well kept. Our family of 5 had more than enough space. The storage unit in the parking space for beach items was great and it was a pleasant surprise to find multiple items to use on the beach. I will be saving this listing and plan to rent again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we enjoyed our stay, the house could use a little touching up. The carpets are very stained, the walls are also stained. The couch had rips in it. I also inquired about the outlet in the bathroom not working. I did get an initial response, but no follow up and it was not attempted to be fixed during our stay. It was not convenient for 6 people to get showered and ready when the outlet didn't work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice unit in a lovely building. Parking is convenient and beach access is quick and easy. We also liked how many shopping and dining options were easily walkable. It has the feel of a classic beach condo while still having some nice updates. Beds were comfortable and in good repair. We loved the convenience of the keyless entry, the ground level storage for beach supplies, and the hose for washing off sand from the beach. The kitchen is small but functional for basic meals. We appreciated the extra storage in the bar unit that has been added since the photos.

Perfect property

This property is perfect for a family of 5 adults. Everything is well maintained. There is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Beach access is great and the location is nice and quiet. The outside storage unit is a bonus...save on lugging things to the beach every day.

Storage closet was a major plus!!

We enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Teal 4. The property is a bit more run down that the photos imply but it looks like they are updating a little at a time which is great. The entrance through the courtyard was great since it felt a bit safer than having your entrance face a public road. There is also a storage unit for all of your beach gear so that you don't have to lug it up to the condo or keep it in your car - this was our first year with that (our family has come to OC every year for 30 years) and it was a MAJOR plus in our books. Kept the condo from getting cluttered and the car from getting smelly. There was a mix up with the code to get in when we arrived but the property manager was able to help us get that figured out. There didn't seem to be a process for a lost storage unit key (we found it before we left - lol) so that was a bit stressful. All in all, it was a nice place to stay for a beach week.

CONVENIENT LOCATION FOR BEACH

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place: PROS- well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, AC worked well, storage for 4 bikes & beach stuff, easy access to beach, outside shower. CONS- kitchen trash can very dirty, the back of the kitchen sink/faucet was very dirty, the A/C vents & filters very dirty (we cleaned them the best that we could), bathroom carpets should be washed, tubs had body oil films, a dining room chair needs to be glued, Comcast doesn't work in twin room, very creaky floors upstairs & staircase, umbrella in storage was broken, the vacuum is very smelly and needs new filter. Trash pick up is right outside the upstairs window every morning. Would be nice to have HBO, or access to renting movies. We cooked our own food or had carry out every day. If you don't mind cleaning when you arrive I recommend it.

Great weekend spot

Very good spot to spend a long weekend. Plenty of space for the group and an awesome deck. The short walk to the beach and ease of parking were definitely the two biggest selling points for us returning. Thanks for a great weekend!
