House at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. Ideal for two families with children. It has large fenced pool, 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and barbecue. It also has a large garden and an ideal summer nights porch. All set for children to have a fantastic holiday.

The house is located 10 minutes from the capital, Palma de Mallorca and 15 minutes from the airport and the most emblematic villages of the island as Valldemossa, Soller and Deia.

It is also near as spectacular coves and Cala Banyalbufar Cala Deia or sandy beaches like Illetas, Palmanova or Puerto de Sóller.

For sports fans, 1 minute will find the Club de Golf Son Termens, as well as two of the best riding centers on the island. You can also find different clubs and paddle tennis or enjoy hiking or bicycle touring.

Fijn huis voor vakantie met kinderen

We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in deze villa. Een veilig zwembad met een hekje erom heen voor de kleinkinderen. Veel plaats, met drie badkamers. Ideaal voor gebruik met meerdere personen. Inrichting wel gedateerd, maar alles is aanwezig wat je nodig heeft.

Lovely place to stay

The house is very lovely, clean and big enough for 8 people. We found everything we needed. We already felt welcome before the arrival. The house owner is very friendly and always helpful. We could reach her at any time and git all answers we needed. We would definitely come back and would recommend the house for a nice stay in Palmanyola.

Wonderful Holidays

We stayed at this lovely Finca with our extended family and enjoyed our stay very much! The house, the garden, and the pool were in excellent shape: clean, modern, big and comfortable. Everything we needed to make or vacation as relaxing and convenient as possible was there. Our hostesses were always available, if we had any questions and also provided us with helpful insights and tips for the area. It was a great vacation home and we highly recommend it, especially for families with small children!

Fantástico!

Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de nuestras vacaciones en la casa, el jardín y la piscina. El sitio dispone de mucha tranquilidad y intimidad y deja de verdad desconectar muy bien. Una semana es demasiado corta para disfrutar al máximo la casa! ( y por supuesto la bbq) La unica cosa negativa era la presencia de algunas hormigas y mosquitos, te has de mentalizar.

A fabulous stay in a tremendous house located in an ideal position to explore this wonderful island

Our two week stay was made so comfortable by the accommodation afforded by this wonderful house on the fringes of the capital City Palma and close to wonderful towns such as Soller, Valldemossa and Port d'Andratx to name but a few. Easily found on arrival from the airport, the house is built within a fantastic outdoor space which includes a family sized pool, seating/dining area and ample sun loungers for everyone to relax. Inside the house it contains everything that you will need to enjoy a relaxing stay with ample bedroom and bathroom space for all. Alternatively if it is exploring, fine dining or sports that make your holiday an enjoyable one the house is located in a perfect place to fulfill your every need. We holidayed with three generations of our family and everyone had an amazing time with the relaxing days centered around the perfect blue pool and activity days spent travelling to Mallorca's many wonderful beaches and 'picture book' towns. On arrival we were met by Eva who provided perfect support to us during our stay, even being patient with our calls when we could not switch on the oven. This holiday home is the perfect base for any family looking to mix relaxing in quality surroundings with exploring this beautiful island. Thanks for contributing to a fantastic holiday experience and we will certainly recommend to anyone looking for a similar experience.

Maison agréable , mais environnement bruyant.

La maison est spacieuse et agréable, manque de vaisselle y compris ustensibles pour cuisiner. L'environnement est trop bruyant la nuit (cause: aboiements des chiens)

Bella proprietà! Bel ambiente esterno, con un giardino curatissimo e spazioso ed una bella piscina!

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana nella bella casa di Guida. Situata a circa 15 minuti da Palma di Maiorca e dall'aeroporto è molto comoda per girare l'isola. La casa è grande e spaziosa e il giardino con piscina è davvero bello! Grazie ad Eva per la gentilezza e la disponibilità!
